Shopped today, July 18,2025, and all sales associates were courteous, and extended help if needed. An associate, named NICK (Nicki), was very informative, very welcoming, and funny- I was intrigued by her presence, so fashionable, so different, loved taking in the detail of herself, and a breath of fresh air to an outlet retail store. By the time we paid for our purchases, I realized that she may have been the store manager on duty. CROCs is fortunate to employ Nick and all the other helpful sales staff. Kudos to CROCs.

My grandson loves his crocs and wanted to buy him a new pair. He loves the gibits and the vast variety of crocs. Customer service here is great they are attentive and helpful with finding what we need. The parking lot is big and can be a bit busy with all the shops but we always find a stall.

Store was really nice, and I’m impressed. The customer service was really nice, and the employees too. There were a lot of footwear to choose from. Again, I’m really impressed with the Service, Helpfulness of the Employees, and the Atmosphere was clean. Hoping to come to this store in the future, or soon. This deserves a solid 5-star rating.

I was a disbeliever before, but not anymore. I finally see the draw to them.
This store was clean and the people who work here were great. The lady helped us find my size (13, get big feet) and my cousin's (8).
I got the slides in black and a navy blue. Plus the mystery packages were cool ?

I don't understand why the shoes are more expensive in the outlet store than I can get online!I buy the same exact flip flop everytime. Online I get them for $20.00. I blew out my flip-flop today and stopped at the outlet store thinking I'd get a great deal. Nope! They cost $27.00.
