I had an appointment schedule but there was an extremely long line. Instead of prioritizing individuals who had appointments, they made everyone wait in the same line when I walked up to the appointment drop-off register to drop off my keys. I lost my initial place in line when I first arrived and had to go all the way back to the line. The gentleman (Beard, tattoos, and name started with a B... Bronson) was very impolite and not empathetic. No one was monitoring the register while everyone was waiting. They should really have someone dedicated to just monitoring the front desk.

I had a fantastic experience at Waipio Costco during my recent visit for grocery shopping. Upon returning to my vehicle, I discovered my driver's rear tires were flat. After contacting roadside assistance through my insurance, they directed me to the Costco tire center. The staff promptly filled air in my tires and advised me to check in for tire repair. Despite being informed of a 2-hour wait, the team efficiently addressed my situation within 15 minutes. Ilijah expertly assessed my tires and rims, recommending new tires due to irreparable damage. In just 20 minutes, they had the new tires installed, and I was informed that the job was done. Throughout the process, Ilijah provided valuable advice for future maintenance, while John efficiently handled the paperwork. The team's dedication to customer service was evident when they declined my tip, emphasizing their commitment to helping customers. Despite their busy schedule, they accommodated me swiftly and effectively. I am immensely grateful for their exceptional service and will definitely make this shop my first choice in the future.

The Waipio location is so lacking. Lacking selection of tires & lacking customer service. If the guys servicing the counter don't like helping customers they should work installing the tires. BAD ATTITUDE & they make you feel like they're doing you a favor

If you have a basic vehicle they should have the tires you need. The online inventory is different than what you find in store so call them if you are interested.

Aloha: one the best experiences I have ever had. Got super lucky when I walked in there was no line. Service person helped me figure out what I wanted , gave me good options for my 4runner. Bought my new set with out hassel,Hassel, but I will say most I have ever spent on tires. Not costcos fault, as they had great prices and take care of thier customers.

Waipio Costco Tire Center is the easiest to deal with and they have the best customer service! I was having a problem inflating one of my tires so I took it to Costco since the tires was purchased from them. To my surprise there wasn't a line and they opened a little earlier than the posted time. The guy listened intently to what my concern was then said it's probably the valve so they will look at it and fix it if that's the problem. He then asked if I want the tires rotated. Yes, please!! He said they will work on my car now and call me when it's ready. Perfect, I went shopping... I was bit worried because I was done shopping and I had perishables. Well as I said excellent customer service... my phone rang as I was walking out of store. My car is done, tire fixed and rotated! The whole process took less than 40 minutes! Love Costco!!

A little hard to schedule as the app apparently doesn't work for that, however once I called in, everything was fantastic. Got my appointment, my car was done in a jiffy and my new tires are appreciated as my old ones were kinda bald. Nice to feel the rubber grabbing the road again.

Horrible customer service! Came in for a flat tire, was told all four tires need to be replaced per their policy (even though the other tires were still good). Called another Costco location, said they don’t need to change all four tires. Came in at 5:00 pm, they close at 8:00 pm. Would rather be told they don’t want to service my car because they’ll be closing rather then giving me the run arounds and excuses.

The absolute worst service I have ever received. We brought our ONLY car in for new tires (zero prior issues) just to get it back and it leak air from 37PSI To 6PSI EVERY SINGLE DAY until they decided they weren't busy enough to get us in. We have a prior claim that they scratched our rims and they actually cracked our rims and the manager was completely rude when we wanted to add it to the claim when there was zero prior issue of cracked rims until they got ahold of it. Best Advice don't ever spend a dime there you'll just get your belongings ruined. ZERO STARS

Came in for a tire appointment. If you buy tires at Costco, you get great perks for maintenance such as "Rotation, balancing, inflation checks and flat repairs for the life of the tire." There is also included warranty coverage such as "road hazard and manufacturer's defects warranty." This is a great perk for being a Costco member. I bought my tires several months ago, and they give you a sticker on the inside of your car of when to schedule for your tire appointment, based on the mileage of your car. This was my first time using this perk, and scheduling online was very easy. I went in about 20 minutes before my appointment time, since sometimes there is a bit of a line. Everyone I've ever talked to here was so helpful and nice. I was quoted about an hour - hour and a half wait for my car to be done. Looking at other reviews, that seems to be the standard. They actually got it done in 45 minutes. That was more than enough time for me to get my steps in and look around Costco. I really love the perks of free rotations/balancing, and will continue to come back!
