The woman working wasn’t helpful. Made it clear she didn’t want to help me and was specific to which customers she wanted to let know who she would help and what sales were going on. Needed work shoes. Will not return.

Please change your hours for Sundays on yelp. Came early from far to do an early shopping not knowing most stores in Waikele opens at 11am on Sundays.

I've been in this store twice. I don't know too much about Clarks. I've seen their Cloudsteppers being sold on QVC, so I came down to check it out. The slippers were light and airy in person. I was in my usual size 8. They were running a special and I got two pairs for $80. The salesgirl was helpful. She went and got the sizes I needed.The second time I was in the store, no one was around to help me. The slippers weren't on sale and it wasn't a good deal. I didn't get anything on that day.

Recently started a new job & needed new footwear that met company standards. A few coworkers recommended Clark's. This was my first time ever in Clark's & the moment I stepped in I was kindly greeted. Coming from the customer service Industry greeting totally sets the mood for my shopping experience. As I was looking for specific shoes/sandals Kim and her coworkers were very friendly and helped me picked out a few styles and got me all the sizes I needed to try in each style. They had a 2 for $99 sale and of course I had to get two pairs! Kim was very fun and easy to communicate with and made my day/ experience amazing. Thank you Kim your service was above and beyond! Keep up the great work! I highly recommend Clark's and definitely will be back

Clean store. Good deals. But did not appreciate how this Filipino auntie repeatedly commented on how small our feet are :) She looked at our feet and said "Your feet are so small." and "My eldest daughter ha feet bigger than you two". REPEATEDLY in Filipino because she knew we were Filipinos. 11/10 @ 3:30 pm.

Went to the Clark's outlet in Waikele. It was the 4th of July so it was pretty packed with customers. Found a deal 2 pairs of slipper for $69. Not bad considering the shoes from Clark's are really comfortable. My husband buys his dress shoes for work here as well. Come check it out for yourselves.

Wow i'm blown away at the quality of the footwear and the customer service at this store. Firstly Kim our sales associate was very helpful and kind, she went above and beyond with knowing exactly what to use for care of leather to knowing the history of this company. She was able to give answers to questions quickly and if she didn't know the other women working beside her was equally helpful and knowledgeable. Great staffing and kudos to them for creating a space in the store that makes customers feel appreciated and good, that's when people will spend the money for the products no matter what. I got a deal from a sale happening on Presidents' day, $98.02 for two pairs of dress boots and shoe shine for each. I searched high and low for comfort and style, i went to famous footwear, macy's, sketchers, and a few other shops but i am glad i listened to my sisters suggestions on this place. The quality of this brand is top notch and is worth the money in the long term. It's the extra attention to details that separates this brand from most. The insoles also have a extra padding on the heel and arch in some shoes. Unlike most brands that just look good this brand also feels better on the feet with little things it offers within the footwear. The store is easy to navigate and if not then the staff seem to be very good at intuiting that then will guide you to the section or area to find what your looking for. Everyone in masks and sanitizer is available in front of entrance. The store carry's all kinds of footwear for men and women, the store also has products to take care of your footwear. It's a one stop shop. Clarks has a loyalty program which is free and you accumulate points for rewards, it's easy to sign up and you minus-well get it especially if your investing in your footwear with these prices. Located in the upper Waikele mall with parking that's a hit or miss..depending on the day and time you go here. I'll definitely be back for my footwear needs and i totally recommend this place!

Located in the Waikele outlet mall, this is place to buy your Clarks shoes. The prices are reasonable everyday, with a variety of designs. The staff is friendly as they check to see if you need any assistance. I recommend you come here for their Black Friday sale. This year it was 60% off the entire purchase, including on sale and clearance shoes. I bought 2 pair of shoes and they both cost less than a pair. Great deal. There are plenty of parking as there are parking staff controlling the traffic and parking stalls. The mall overall has controls in place for COVID-19, with lines and limits in place. They also watching people to make sure there they have masks and social distancing.
