I've recently set an appointment at this very shop, the owner took my car in & parked it in the back.. Neglected, I would stop by every so often & nothing seems to have been done to it. I've waited 3 months for it to get done... Not worth it, I wouldn't recommend coming here..

I believe this is actually called NEW CITY FENDER now as address is the same. James and his guys were amazing! Finished on time and exceeded expectations. I called half a dozen shops regarding rust and all of them immediately told me they don't repair rust. They didn't even try to talk to me about the issue and see if they could help. James immediately was happy to help and asked for pictures and sent me a quote without having to go to the shop. His estimate was good and charges were exactly that. He ended up replacing the whole panel as that was the only way to ensure the affected metal was gone. Any shop could have done that and I was happy to pay for it. He was the only one willing to find a solution and not simply say no. Thank you James and team. You're our go to body shop from here on out!

Thanks to NewCityFender for the fix!! Minus all the hassles and calls with Allstate, Mr. Kang got our Tacomey done in 2 days!! Long time customers, and we'll always highly recommend!!
