Previously took my audi A3 to this establishment for several oil changes (and the last one in May24) and had them check and fix a coolant leak. They said they had a hard time finding a leak 2nd time around, and said they thought it may be oil leaking as well. I paid over $1K ($658 in May and $580 in July) to fix the coolant leak twice. I just had my car checked in the mainland today and I have to replace my oil pan, gasket, drain plug, etc because they are stripped (over $2K job). There's no way they didn't see that was stripped or caused it themselves. Beware!!!

Service is fast and smooth! I'm giving 1 star because of the guy in front, DAMIEN! He is rude as hell and absolutely no Aloha spirit. If I were the owner, I wouldn't allow to lose more customers over this guy.

Capitol Auto Service is an awesome shop. They took care of my A/C while I waited in their air condition waiting room that had TV, coffee and a restroom too. They also have wifi.

That shop is so clean and well maintained that you could perform surgery on their floor. They diagnosed our car issues quickly with an estimate that was reasonable. Capitol Auto fixed our car quicker than we expected. They are highly recommended by other shops in the area.
We plan on using this repair shop from now on.

Very clean shop. I was a regular customer. Had an motor replaced with many hickups getting the replacement motor. When my vehicle was finally done, my check engine light was on. Seems like they really didn't check my vehicle after the work was completed. They didn't want to check it out. Left as a very unhappy customer. Great for safety checks. Terrible for alignments and motor replacement. Never returning.

Will never go back to this shop again. I was reading the other comments and i do agree with them, there's no ALOHA on this service center. The way they talk and treat customers is just a joke!

I've only ever had alignments done here, but the seem fast and fair. Other customers in the waiting area spoke highly of their experiences with repairs and their price compared to others.

My jeep wasn’t starting, I towed the jeep to them, he told me the battery was the problem,They replaced my 2021 jeep battery and the start/stop button light came on at the screen as a problem, I had taken back to them and he “ the manager” told me they can’t do anything about it I have to take the Jeep to jeep service.
Why are you trying to fix a Jeep if you don’t know how to fix, and if you fix one problem why you make another problem?
Do not go to them.
