I just had my fingerprints taken for employment purposes. Mason and Zenobia were both very friendly, professional and efficient!

The staff isn't early friendly. Just seemed really impersonal and dry. When I called on the phone it seemed like everything would be great then I spent $50 in Uber to get there and home for nothing. Still no phone and a complete waste of trip. If you're looking for good customer service you may want to go elsewhere

I scheduled an appointment for finger printing here online through Field Print. It's located in Waipahu beside Elena's. Parking can be challenging since the place is so busy with all the restaurants here. Appointment was pretty efficient. Walked in for my booked appointment. Checked in with staff. Showed the required ID and got finger prints done. Took less than 10 minutes. If you need finger printing done, this place is convenient for the west siders.

Just switched over from AT&T to boost mobile so that we can save money on my bf 's plan but boy am I already regretting it. First off, I should of known when the lady said I couldn't keep my old phone number something was fishy because my phone was already paid off. So not only did I have to change my number that I've had for 7 years to a new one but when I asked if I had to call AT&T to inform them of the switch she said no it will automatically cancel your account. WRONG! Because she gave me a new phone number it didn't cancel. So when I got the bill this month from AT&T and boost mobile I was so confused!!! Called AT&T and customer service informed that I could've kept my number and if I did switch my number over THEN it would of cancelled the service. We went back to boost mobile Waipahu to ask for compensation or at least to deduct from our next months bill since this is their mistake and they said something along the lines of "sorry but we can't do that" so shit out of luck for us we have to pay an extra $100 this month for our extra phone bill. So much for saving money right :( So just an advice, if you're looking for a a new phone carrier don't come here. They need to train their staff better or else you'll be paying extra money exactly like us.

I was nervous about my fingerprinting appointment after reading the negative reviews here. I did not have any issues! Appointment registration was online through Field Print. There were tons of appointment slots available in 10 minute increments. You check in with your appointment ID. Make sure to read the emails carefully to make sure you bring the correct two forms of identification, as they must match every part of your name. If one form of ID is missing any part of your name, they will not accept it. Keep that in mind if you are like me with 5 different names total, as some forms of ID/documentation might only list your partial name. The appointment was very quick, and the person who helped me was very kind. The email says you need to remove all bracelets and rings, but I did not have to remove any of my bracelets. Boost Mobile is located next to Elena's and Arby's and (in the shopping center across from Auto Zone and Highway Inn).

I arrived early to my fingerprinting appointment on 1/19 for my 10:30am fingerprint. Customer service is very poor and the guy that help me is very rude. I felt like he don't want to be at work. Two man employees working but the tall guy is nice except for the shorty employee.

I arrived at 4:51pm on 11/15 for my 5pm fingerprinting appointment and the customer service is horrendous and you can tell one of the employees doesn't want to be here. I let her know I had an appointment and she didn't even look at me and then pointed to the side of the wall told me I need to wait. There is an app that says check in with the customer service rep and I was immediately dismissed. There was a guy who walked in before me without an appointment and he was helped and his issue was resolved. Although everything may not seem like a race issue to everyone however since I have been on island, I have felt it more than ever. In this case, I feel it is a combination of poor customer service. There was two employees working (one male and one female) Michael was very helpful and friendly. He treated each customer the same and I was in and out in less than a minute.

Meh, could be cleaner. Haven't had a useful interaction with an employee yet. It's pretty much, upgrade/activate your phone or pay your bill. Not much in the way of troubleshooting, you're going to hear "you have to get in touch with boost care".

The boost mobile in Waipahu closes 40 min prior to closing time which is 6:00. We asked the lady if she could please give us a moment of her time so we could get a new phone for my friend and activate it there, but she held up a hand sign with an X, signaling they were closed and didn’t even give us the time of day. Boost mobile sucks

Usually when I go there there's this one girl who is always very nice, knowledgeable, and overall very good at her job, so I go there hoping to see her. She's helped me a few times and is always so great and kind to everyone. The three stars is not for her. If not for her, they would get no stars. The last time I went there, i went to activate an android phone. The woman I first interacted with was fine. She explained she wasn't able to do it and why and that I would have to call customer service. That was fine. I agreed, said okay and explained i went there because customer service sent me but i'd email them instead. Then this other lady comes out from no where, I guess hearing the first one explaining that they couldn't do it and why and not that I said 'oh okay'. She came out saying "yeah no, we don't do that. No but we don't do that, yeah we don't do that" all while looking at the phone I got and pulling it towards her. I kinda looked at her, confused, and said "ok that's fine" reaching for my phone back but she just kept saying "NO we can't do that and we don't even know why you would come here, we don't do that". I said "okay, I'll just email them or go back to the store I got it from." "yeah but we don't do that here, we only do apple now you should have known that, you should call customer service and tell them they're wrong and not to come here so other people don't come here". She wouldn't stop saying that even as I was trying to leave with my phone. I'm confused as to why it was an issue when I was trying to leave? Anyway, it is usually a good experience. Maybe an off day?
