“I needed a set of wind shield wiper blades to pass my safety inspection. I searched the internet for auto parts in Wahiawa and came across the O'Reilly website. It enabled me to order the blades through the web site to be picked up from the store. I have difficulty walking and this was perfect to have my wife walk in and get them. I watched a tutorial on YouTube on how to install, it it was an O'Reilly video. I was unsuccessful installing the wipers and the video mentioned that they would send someone outside their store to install them. I called and two minutes later a gentleman came out and installed them quickly and with a smile. Thank you for making the experience easy, painless and efficient. I never bought parts from O'Reilly before, but they are the only ones for me from now one.”
“The battery in my Chamberlain garage door opener, for backup power during outages, was no longer holding a charge to allow a full open/close cycle.I sent an email in with the battery model number and received a prompt response that they had the battery in stock at both stores along with the price.Went down a few hours later to the Nimitz location and they had the battery waiting, took in my old battery for recycling, and most impressively, noted that the terminal on my original battery was smaller than the replacement; they threw on an adapter, rung me up, and I was on my way.Excellent customer service, responsiveness, and pricing. “New location for O'Reillys now opened in Ewa. No need to drive all the way into Waipahu anymore! The store is located in Laulani Village Shopping Center, right next to City Mill. There is plenty of parking in the plaza. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was greeted when I walked in, and checked on to see if I needed any help to find what I was looking for. The offer fairly reasonable prices compared to competitors as well as a Price Match Guarantee if you find a lower price on similar products.”
