“Today I took delivery of my vehicle! (See former review below) and I just wanted to come back to give a shout out to Desmond, the salesman I worked with who helped me inspect, test drive, and understand all the little nuances of our new vehicle today. I've never had a vehicle with an infotainment screen, and he helped me understand all the settings and how to navigate/customize things. He also helped me with using the applications on my phone so that I can monitor/control the vehicle from a distance. A consummate professional, Desmond just started at Cutter about a month ago and you wouldn't know it. Thank you Desmond! I'd also like to shout out to Troy and Colin who helped me finalize everything in writing. I am a very paranoid person when it comes to legal documents...they were patient and thorough in making sure I understood everything I was signing. There were no surprises or mistakes. Thank you guys for alleviating my stress with such a big purchase!I must have worked with a half dozen people over the past month between phone calls, negotiating the price, and then picking up my vehicle today and finalizing the paperwork. “Big Mahalo to Jeff and his Crew. Got started on my lift at first crack upon opening up shop at 0900 and as promised had my F150 fitted up and sitting correctly at 1845. I purchased my RC 6" lift on my own, it's not a brand they carry in their shop but excellent work was done. The previous shop that did my RC 2" leveling kit was just all around sloppy. Jeff keeps a tight ship and the condition of his shop reflects their dedication to their craft. Mahalo for blessing me with checking off a lifelong bucketlist item. Go check them out. Now that she sitting right...she needs new shoes! Lol”

It’s not just work to these guys they always tryna help and they good hearted people in and out of work to me that’s a good thing we need more positive vibes ??”

The waiting area had cable which was a huge plus because having options of what to watch while you wait is much appreciated. I was in and out in no time for my oil change and tired rotation. Update: most collision centers require you to pay your deductible up front, but Caitlin informs me that they will take payment at completion and pick up of vehicle. This is especially convenient if you are waiting for a deductible refund from the other insurance company (State Farm is slooow). Shout out to Geico (Dustin Cruz) also for taking good care of me. “Pete, took my vehicle and did a diagnostic of where I was leaking oil. Took him very quick to find two leaks and also two other minor repairs needed attention. Called me to make sure it was okay to repair the cause before moving ahead. This is a very honest shop, not only looking out for your vehicle, but also the best interest for your safe driving and performance of your car.Highly recommend this service shop! Reasonable and skillful. What often look for when getting repairs on your vehicle. “Best experience I've had at a Dealership!! Nick Latimer helped us out from start to end. Giving us time to look around and ALOT of useful info on a couple cars we were interested in buying. We ended up purchasing a used 21 HRV that was certified and had very low miles. He has been nothing but amazing thru out the whole thing!! Ive been to a couple of other dealerships and most of the time it's either they only want your money or they don't even want to help you out. Always rushing you to buy a vehicle from them even if it's not what you're looking for.
Nick was neither of those. He was nothing but patient and very helpful. I will most definitely be back to purchase another vehicle in the near future once we are ready to add to the fleet LOL. Mahalos Nick for taking care of me and my family and also doing follow ups after the purchase.”
