Ailyn was a great help and very friendly. She let us take our time choosing accessories which took me longer than it should but she was very patient and made sure I got what I wanted she was supposed to get off at 5:30 but stayed over that just to make sure we were satisfied.

Michael helped me set up a new online for my kid. He also evaluated my current plan and found me a solution that gave us better service and slightly less cost. When it came time to chose a case, screen protector, and charging block he told us there was a sale and surprise! 2 of the three were listed on another sale which saved me even more. We'll be back when it's my turn to update my phone. Hopefully I get Michael to help us out again.

I had an appointment for 2pm, I've been standing here for almost 15mins. The rep didn't acknowledge me, until I asked if there was someone else that could help me. She looks at me and states " "yes, but he's in a 15 mins break". Unbelievable, it's been 15mins and no one. She just walked back and spoke to someone and yet nothing!!!! Who manages this store? I'm changing the store rating to a 3star only because of the great save by JC. Thank for your help and getting the phone setup quickly so that I can get back to work on time.

Stay far away from this store. I went in thinking about switching to AT&T and the man helping me clearly hates his job! I don't know his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag, but older much older man with a beard. He was very rude, watching the TV while he was talking to me and when asked how the coverage was he said "Look it up" I'm just writing this because if I was a new customer going in imagine how he treats his e soaring customers. He also quoted me with auto pay and AARP as if I was going to sign up for it right off the back. He should have told me true price and then said if you would like to bring down your monthly we have these other options. Last he was not personable at all! Walked in he was sitting down watching tv then got up and looked at me like great someone else here ti waste my time. When it came time to tell him how many phones and watch lines I want I wasn't sure the exact number of watches I was going to bring over and he said "Well what is it because I'm making your quote now" in a very rude tone. Idk going to a different location if I do decide to switch but T-Mobile looking real good to stay with because I know I'll be treated like a decent human when I walk in there!

On 9/29 my husband took my step son to AT&T located in Waipahu, next to Seafood city around 4:30pm. The store itself was smaller, tons of parking, and easy to find. That is why it gets a star. Lexi was the customer service rep that he interacted with and her knowledge and service was not of our standards. We were having issues with our sons phone loading Google maps & safari. We noticed we could no longer see his location. This all happened when we returned from vacation, which was overseas. She tried replacing the SIM card and said the phone was fixed, but when we checked, it was not working. She insisted it's because we had the "cheapest plan". She could not be more clear with her reasoning. It made no sense to us, as the phone had been working all this time on this "cheap plan" she kept pointing out. How rude! Lexi had no idea what was wrong with the phone and tried to reset the setting which didn't work. We took the phone back to the store on 10/1 in the late afternoon again, same location (which was dumb of us) and we had Michael. Another associate who could not trouble shoot the issues with this phone and focused on the "cheap plan". He explained because the plan was cheap that when everyone is on it, it slows the speed. So for the second time we left this store with absolutely no answers. He suggested a hard reset, which we did and the phone still didn't work. Okay guys, I'm not a genius, but if something works properly for a very long time under a plan, you can't blame the plan. It simple. At this Waipahu location, their customer service isn't customer service. I guess if they aren't earning commission on upselling you they just want you out of the store to make sales from another person. It's truly sad. These guys didn't even TRY to find the answer. The phone still needed to be fixed and we were not taking it to Waipahu for a third time to hear about our "cheap plan" and get no results. Luckily, we took the phone into AT&T in Kapolei (Kamakana). Let me just tell you readers, IT WAS NOT THE PLAN. The associate Lupe was able to find the problem and have us in and out in 15 minutes with a working phone. It was a automatic blocker that popped up to avoid additional charges since we were overseas. All she had to do was remove this blocker! She not once mentioned anything about our "cheap plan" AT ALL and was in shocked when I shared with her our experience in Waipahu. I'm excited to leave that review for her team to see. It's truly disappointing that although these stores are the SAME COMPANY, they don't all have associates who perform well for their company. I suggest AT&T Waipahu retrain these two particular associates on how to PROPERLY troubleshoot a persons phone by listening to the details of the situation. Also you should NEVER speak about a customers "Cheap plan" as that is very insulting. So thank you AT&T Waipahu for acknowledging we are on the cheapest plan and not being able to find the issue. If it wasn't for Lupe, we were going to switch service providers.

This is my third week struggling to transfer my old number from one account to another. I’ve been scammed into buying a whole new line without being clearly informed about what my options were if I could have gotten a new device while keeping my old number. No one has laid out a clear procedure for me to do as a newbie who is understanding on how to handle my wireless account. Instead they had me purchase a new line that my other half and I don’t even need and that is very useless for us. I desperately needed a new device (for work and such) because my old device broke. For my own convenience, I wanted to keep my old number which was on my sisters account and transfer it over to my partners account. The employee told us that they were not allowed to sell me a new device without having a number attached to it BUT what they didn’t tell me was that my old number had good insurance and was qualified for an upgrade therefore they could have given me a new phone WITHOUT charging us for a third useless waste money line. After weeks into trying to situate my problem in trying to transfer over my old number and cancel the new one, I have spoken to customer service and was told that they have Rigged me for my money and was not able to give me a full breakdown of what I could have done instead that could’ve saved me the time, effort, and money as well as the unnecessary burden they put on the customer service team. If there is anything you need to work out, don’t waste your time going in store, again, they’re only good for selling not helping.* Also, they have done the same to my poor mom and almost to my sister. So I am not the first person they have gotten to sell a useless line to.

The FARRINGTON team - Ivi and manager helped me get back to my suspended HNL phone line. I moved recently to Guam and my HNL cellphone doesn’t work there. Though expensive, it’s worth my time because I came to Hawaii for a limited time. Thank you AT&T staff! ?

I did make a 10am appointment, but there about 10 minutes early.Lisa greeted us and took care of me right away.I needed a new phone and Lisa showed me all my options. She was very helpful and has a good ? personality. I will be seeing her again, when I go back to pay for my phone.

Bad customer service. Mike helped me & did not explain things, I asked to see the different color iphone 14's and his response was.. just tell me what color you want & I'll go in the back & check if we have them. I'm not going to go in the back if I don't have to so he pretty much was telling me that he wasn't going to check what colors they had in stalk because he didn't want to walk back & fourth! I mean if you don't like your job then quit!! Because of this bad experience I'm now switching carriers to T-Mobile! I'm also telling my family & friends to switch over because AT&T sucks & they charge way too much!!!

We came at a later hour, so there was not many customers in the store. I went in due to the ? in the corner of my phone because of a lack of cell service or "no SIM card" and our associate looked on his end, explained to us the best way possible, and worked on solving the issue. The resolution included a new SIM card.
