As much as I like Atlas, the pickup appointments are almost an hour late arriving. Customers have to initiate status updates on drivers. And when they say they’re about 5mins away, they weren’t. There needs to better communication between pickup drivers and customers so customers have the option to reschedule.

Staff rude and bad customer service. Does not have patience to help customer. NEED MANAGEMENT TO CONDUCT CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. came with family and kids, highly disappointed and dissatisfied with reception in charge/manage. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Shipping for Filipinos by Filipinos. This is shipped by ship and they double check everything before sealing the deal. If you want faster and more expensive, by all means go elsewhere. For the service they provide, the price and the service is more than sufficient. I have sent a few and they arrive even in the south of the Philippines in a small barrio, they have my trust with my packages now.

I am an Atlas customer since I was in California. An awesome people, they replace your box for free all professionally staff, lalo na ang nag pi pick up ng box. I moved to Hawaii, Atlas customer service went to down to the drain . When I call the number to schedule a pick up a lady that I spoke to suggested to take picture of the form and send to the same number we're using. So I did. I accidentally dial another Atlas number but I hang up right away. Then he call me back. And I said no thank you I already text my information. He insist to talk and ask me to text to his phone instead my form which I already did. Fernan is very impolite, like to argue with their customer and act like he owns the damn company. An arrogant, condescending person. It's been a while since the last time I send boxes to this Shippers because they either open our boxes & steal some item when it get to the Philippines. I am just glad that they now have competitors, customers has choices now. No wonder their business is also going down the drain.

Wow grabe akala ko ba ang atlas walang kalas. OMG! Lahat ng box ng mommy ko na pinadala sa pilipinas puro bawas mostly sapatos at bag pati mga de lata GRABE! Sinubukan namin kayo, kasi Akala namin walang kalas talaga pag dating ng pilipinas, pero Ok lang kung bubuksan para to check kung may nga illigal na bagay pero hindi ok na nanakawan yung loob ng box. Kung sino man ang makakabasa nito totoo ho lahat ng sinasabi ko. I don't recommend this ATLAS TO ANYBODY!

Highly reliable service. I got some goodies and treats to ship to the Philippines and was able to use Atlas' app to track where the balikbayan box went. I also received text message updates to alert my relative that the delivery of the box is on the way. My family was able to get the package a little earlier. Thankful for this company.

Much thanks to Atlas Shippers Hawaii and Kuya Jack Rausa for fast service. You generally satisfy your clients as usual. Reliable, and all boxes are handled carefully. I highly recommend Atlas, and if you're planning to send boxes to the Philippines, just contact Kuya Jack Rausa. Makakasiguro kayo sa serbisyo nila. My family was so happy. Napaaga ang kanilang pamasko. Salamat Atlas and Kuya Jack. I sent out the boxes on September 17, 2021, and dumating po cya sa Tagbilaran ng November 11, 2021. Diba ang bilis! In less than 2 months na deliver na ang boxes. Walang labis, walang kulang at higit sa lahat walang damage. ? Good job Atlas!

My first time to send boxes here. I called for pick up. She’s so rude and not friendly. Maybe because it’s already 5pm and maybe she’s busy, but still not suppose she acts like that. I’m not sure if other staff are like her though. I hope she can do better next time.

The ladies at the window are very helpful and friendly. I sent 5 boxes in total, 3 different transactions and they arrived in the Philippines a week before the estimated time of arrival. My packages arrived in one piece and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend using this company to send your balikbayan boxes.

Agent bad behavior and lack of intelligence most of all poor customer service. I am a first-time customer from Maui who's helping local businesses. The payment processing is very inconvenient and uncomfortable. I had to deal with the agent's lack of accuracy. Payments terms and conditions are unclear.

They are more expensive than other shipper and take longer. It is going to take 10 weeks to send a box from Honolulu. I have used other shipper and it take 5 to 6 weeks
