My family bought a Kia Carnival from this Kia dealership. A year into owning the Carnival van it has been in and out of the shop for Mechanical issues. When have been taking it in to have it fixed and have no complaints? I noticed that it was more frequent with parts being recalled. We paid for what was needed to be paid. This time my Carnival van has been in their shop because of transmission issues. My Carnival is still under warranty. They have yet not told us anything about where it is now. I have asked for a Loner to use for my kids and myself to go to work and school. So they gave me a Kia Soul a month later, I am like really??? What is a family of 6 going to do with a Kia soul? Carry it???. I asked for a bigger vehicle and they say they don't lone out an SUV. So I went back and forth with them day after day, finally they had a old-looking vehicle running 100,000 miles already. OMG Really? My experience with Kia and the general management has been a 2/3 out of 10. Some of the workers were cool but only could help with what they could. Every time I ask they just give me the we will call you back, or the general manager is in a meeting. It is very FRUSTRATING.

This review is for the sales department and the service department. I want to give a special 5-star respect to Marco, Jonathan, and Arsenio (The GM). These guys to include the service department are just human beings trying to do the best job they can and they far Exceed that. At the end of the day we all have to understand this is a business, I had car issues with a brand new car after 2 months, they had no problem walking me through the steps of what my options were and how to make things better. They bought the car back, and gave me more than what it was worth. I ended up getting into a new better all electric EV9!! Took a little time and patience but we got there, thank you guys so much. To anyone looking for a new car, I highly recommend the sales and service team at Aloha Kia Leeward!! A special shout out to Marco and Jonathan, they are truly the best at what they do with honesty.

Marco helped my Papa get the car he was eyeing at a great deal! The Kia Seltos has been a well sought after car and unfortunately he couldn't afford the newer models. Marco was able to transfer a used one from the Airport Lot and made the process so easy- my 80 year old papa still talks about Marco and how funny he was. Even though he put a down payment towards a totally different car that was within his price range, Marco understood the fact that my papa just wasn't set on that model. Marco listened to what he was looking for and delivered. We would highly recommend him to anyone for a comfortable, stress free purchase process.

If there's 0 star I would give it. This place rip your money off. Charging for diagnostic without even telling us first. The people doesn't even give you respect and don't talk to you. Don't buy or go here.

slightly better now, but they still have trouble getting Kia parts that are under warranty. hope the new owners sort this logistics nightmare out. Will revisit this review in a few months.

Staff needs better training, it's like they don't know/care about any of their products. Their not great but it's not their fault. Went to check out a car and knew more about it than the guy that was showing me the car. Terrible experience when getting my tire patched. The service consultant seemed to know nothing about Kia's cars. This guy didn't know my car was an EV even though they had one displayed in their lobby. A quick look at the license plate would've helped as well. He made me wait an hour to patch my tire and ended up saying it needs to be replaced because he didn't know it was foam lined like all the other EV's they sell. The next day I was able to patch it at Lex Brodies right next door lol. Don't expect a lot of help, do your own research. Buying a new car anywhere is the same but think about the service that comes after before you invest in a car.

I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Unko Mike and Allison worked seamlessly and cohesively together from start to finish to make the process of purchasing a car enjoyable. They communicated with me and one another constantly, keeping everyone on the same page and making sure all parties involved knew what were the next steps (as this was my first time buying from a them). I am so excited for my new car, and I felt confident with my purchase from their team! Thanks again uncle Mike and Allison. Looking forward to working with you guys in the nearest future.

After going back and forth between brand new 2024 SUVs I decided on a Kia Telluride SX X Line and let me tell you how amazing this is. The best thing that put this vehicle above all others besides the vehicle itself was the service I received, especially from Peter Martino.This individual worked with me back and forth for several days via text, phone call, in person really whatever worked best for me and whatever time too. He helped me get the best vehicle for my family at a great price that worked for me and my budget without pressure!!I truly appreciate Peter’s flexibility, knowledge on product, and great customer service skills.My knowledge on cars is a subject area that I left to my husband however he recently passed away so I had to do this deal on my own. Peter did not take advantage of that and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable through this process so thank you!What a great car buying experience with Aloha Kia Leeward. I would love to thank ALLISON for the amazing and fast service/process when it came to getting my new car! I literally got the car I’ve always dreamed of and she has made everything so easy for me and kept up such a positive character the entire time. Not once did I feel the pressure or rushed, she took the time to let me explore my other options on top of the vehicle I wanted just to make sure I really wanted to go through with my first choice. I had a wonderful experience working with Aloha Kia Leeward's sales team Peter & Allison. My test drive experience with Peter was insightful and pleasant. Peter was really respectful and welcoming with his down to earth demeanor. Taking into account what my concerns were when I was looking for a new vehicle, he showed me various trims of the Kia model I was interested in. And by comparing vehicle features, it helped me in making my decision. Peter was super helpful in getting my trade-in vehicle appraised, and gave me a fair price I was comfortable with, to which I am grateful for.Working with Allison was awesome, as she had taken care of my paperwork as well as coordinating with the technicians in preparing my new car. Cheerfully guiding me through the paperwork process and sharing videos about Kia's newer model features, Allison was enjoyable to be around. And while I had forgotten a personal item in my trade-in vehicle, after leaving the dealership with my new vehicle. Allison contacted me right away after the technicians found it to inform me, in which I returned the very next day to pick it up.I'm thankful to Allison & Peter as well towards Aloha Kia Leeward's techs & staff. Highly recommend Paul Feliciano! He was able to help tremendously in my search for a vehicle and made it his mission to get me what I wanted. Save your money and go buy somewhere else! I will never buy from Kia ever again! They have the worst customer service and they rarely return your call so dont waste time leaving them a voicemail. My Kia Sorento engine broke down on me on H3 highway so i had it towed to Kia Leeward dealership. One of the employee signed me in and brought the paperwork to the service office. He told me that a service advisor will come and talk to me. Four hours later, i ask for an update and the service advisor tells me that no one told her i was waiting . Service Manager came in and ask her where the paperwork was and she pointed to her keyboard and said when she came in it was there but no one told her about it! So the manager said he cannot put fault on anyone because they didn't know! So please stay away from Kia. They dont care about their customers! I was told that it will be at least 2-3 weeks before they can even look at it because there's at least 20 cars before me. In other words, Kia vehicles have a lot of problems therefore their service department is overbooked. I will never buy Kia ever again. NEVER! Their cars are unreliable just like their employees and managers.

We had an amazing experience at Aloha Kia Leeward! I had previously purchased my personal vehicle from Kia a few years ago and wanted to try here again after my Husband's personal vehicle had run it's course with a cracked transmission. We had originally gone for a very cheap car being that we didn't expect to qualify for much because we are young and have a young credit score. We only had $1000 for a deposit and was still paying a hefty loan (with a negative net value on our car as it had a cracked transmission). We looked around at first but didn't find anything we thought we could afford until the GM Mike came out and helped us tremendously with finding a good bank to finance through. We got the best rate we could hope for, was able to trade the broken vehicle in (so come out from under a terrible loan and with bad interest rate), and got a 2019 VW with 40,000 miles on it. The financier was able to help us get 2 warranties and managed to keep it in our affordable budget range. I can't thank them enough for really helping us in a time of need as both of us work and are freshly starting out. Chase, James, and Mike were the best car salesmen we could have asked for and really truly worked with us almost all day (during a very busy day) until they found something perfect for us. Mahalo!
