I have been going to Aloha Dry Cleaning since 2018 and have never had an issue. I went last week to get a patch put on my uniform and a few items dry cleaned, totaling about $82. Prior to leaving my items, I asked for their military/HPD discount I've been using for years. The cashier that took the items stated "it's in the system". I returned to get my items today and the (different) woman at the counter said "there was no discount on the ticket so I can't apply it". That's crazy, but whatever. I went to pay and know they charge 3% for credit cards, so I asked the woman does the 3% also apply for debit cards with a PIN, she said no, but then POOF there was a 3% charge. Definitely sneaky and/or poorly informed employees. Very disappointing and will not be returning.

I brought in my king size comforter that I spilled a bottle of essential oils on. It was so bad I almost threw it away. I said, well i guess a dry clean is worth a shot. These folks not only got 100% of it out, it was magical feeling and smelling!!!!! And the price was even better!!!!!!! 100% only place I will continue to return to for all my future dry cleaning needs. Staff is super friendly a d turn around was quick.

Always do awesome work to have our laundry ready and smelling good, they use a eco friendly cleaner for our pillows and it's always a treat to receive our laundry fresh and ready to use! Very helpful and accommodating to picking up and dropping off if your in need of services during the week. 10/10 recommend ?

I took my comforters to be washed and the first few times it was good but this last time, one of my comforters came back hard and severally wrinkled. They agreed to redo the comforter at no cost and it was not hard anymore but still has bad wrinkles. I'm trying to iron it out but it's very difficult and taking a long time. I will not take my comforters back there again.

They were the nicest cleaners I have ever been to on island. Bree and Journie were absolutely awesome. Good vibes ..especially the one that drives the old school Jag! You guys rock!

We just got my daughter's scrubs for school and her school provided a patch to be sewn on. And be done my this Monday. Last minute found this place and the lady was able to do it right away. Waited only couple minutes and it was done. Thank you for your quick service and the sewing quality was awesome!!!

Aloha Dry Cleaners is great! They took care of my wedding dress preservation, our daily dry cleaning needs, and basic alterations. Very efficient and friendly with great communication.

I’m sad I can only give 5 stars. We were flying out and they rushed our clothes so we’d fly out with clean clothes. Best service in Oahu.

Very helpful seamstress, and she said my 4 dresses would be finished in one week. There was a slight hiccup with my order that now became a 2 week wait to be finished. I was doubtful to write a review about it, but the owner contacted me and was very helpful.

They were able to remove years-old stains from a beautiful Filipiniana dress in which our beloved Mom will be laid to rest. We truly appreciate them for their care and diligence. One less stressor for all of us to have to worry about. Thank you so much!
