Delicious food ! They had smoked ribs, a top 5 burger of my life and hearty chili too! They have both meats to take home and prepare as well as lunch/dinner options. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly about what might have gluten in it as well. Definitely worth it to stop and try ! They also seem to have lunch specials that rotate and sounded delicious! Easy parking as well.

I stopped in at this shop at 15 mins to close on a Saturday and appreciated the fact that they were still there and welcomed me in. The butcher recommended some pork steaks, Coppa steaks, and WOW!! SUPER AWESOME!! Best pork I have ever made at home and all I did was salt and pepper them. Pan cooked them up at his recommendation. Looking forward to the leftovers!! Great find! Thanks!

Sweet baby Moses!!!!! This is a must stop when in Waimea. We came to check out the butcher shop- which is real deal, local sourced (which we love!), and stayed for lunch. Hubby had delicious, melt in your mouth brisket - served with really good sides - beans and slaw. I ordered - hands down - the absolutely best cheeseburger I have ever had in my life!!!, and I don't say that lightly. So, so, so flavorful- so juicy - so ono- enjoyed every last bite!! If I could - I would have kissed the chef . Support your local butcher

Stopped for a late lunch on our way back from Hilo. The butcher shop had an amazing selection of dry aged beef, different sausages, charcuterie. They also serve sandwiches, bbq by the pound and as a plate, burgers etc. We ordered a Bahn Mi, a cheeseburger, brisket and a rib plate. The cheeseburger stole the show! Very delicious. The Bahn Mi looked beautiful but was so salty I was not able to enjoy it. I think it was the sauce they used to marinate the beef. Beef rib plate was good. The brisket was very fatty but we let the staff know and they brought over another nice slice of meat. I would love to come back again and order some of their steaks to bring back at home.
