I called around 7:45 AM on a weekday needing an immediate tow, because my car wouldn't start even with a jump. James showed up within 20 minutes, as promised. He was clearly skilled and knowledgeable. He was able to put my car in neutral and maneuver my car out of my building's garage and hook it to his tow truck quickly and easily. He offered for me to ride with him or not. I needed to stay where I was. James texted me to let me know when he had dropped off my car to the designated repair shop successfully. He charged me $40 less than the person who towed my car the same distance the prior week. He accepts credit cards, Venmo, and cash. (Many towing companies only accept cash.). I was highly pleased with this service. James was communicative, responsive, and quick.

Excellent service!! Fast service!! Highly recommend!! Helped my daughter get into her locked vehicle with the key in the ignition! I was tired of waiting on the phone with Statefarm! Was on hold with Statefarm x 1hr! Decided to contact services on my own. JT was recommended, and did not disappoint! Had my daughter inside her car safely within seconds upon arriving! All while I was still on "hold" with Statefarm. Thanks JT Towing!!

My vehicle died on the freeway in the morning while my daughter was driving on the freeway. She called FSP, who towed the car off the freeway. I found JT Towing on Yelp and gave James a call. James was able to help me right away and was close by. He waited by my vehicle due to the fact that it was parked in a area known to have shady people. He immediately knew the alternator on my SUV was the problem after telling him what happened before the vehicle stopped and he diagnosed it to confirm it was the alternator once at home. His prices are very reasonable and he was very friendly and helpful. I definitely will use JT Towing if I ever need another tow. Highly recommended.

I forgot to write a review but I called JT Towing last week around midnight because my Honda Accord died on the side of the street. Super local guy, James, picked up and I told him my situation and he was helpful and honest. He said 30 mins. to get to me but it was only 15mins I think. Really great guy and helped me tow my car. He even tried towing to the mechanic for me first but the lot was full so went back to my parking stall. I picked this tow company to call because it had the most reviews and was open. Most of the other ones only have one or two. Now I see why. 100% recommend and I'll call again if I ever have trouble.

My car needed a tow urgently, but I had other important items that needed attention, like where I needed where to go. They were able to help with suggestions and I made the calls. Sadly, they were called away. My other half got another tow, and got the car done, but I wanted to leave a review about how professional, patient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced he is. He is the best! The other tow person that my other half got... was meh. Super bummed on my end I would rather have had this guy.

James is fast, friendly, reliable, and fairly priced. Instead of waiting 2 hours and paying $30 more for another service, James met me in 20 minutes, hooked up my truck fast, and took my truck home. A car breaking down is a stressful situation; James does a good job in helping you deal with that. I called a few tow companies but I now know I just gotta call JT Towing right off the bat. He's the kind of guy who won't rip you off when it would be easy to do so. I will recommend JT to my friends if they ever need to get towed.

James and his company, JT Towing, is the best. We got stuck (with what turned out to be major engine problems) on our way to my niece's graduation and James responded so quickly and helped us tremendously. He towed our van to an auto shop and offered to drive us back to the graduation so that we didn't miss much of it. James is so kind, knowledgeable, his towing service is reasonably priced, and he goes out of his way to help you. Thank you James and JT Towing!
