“If you want good, honest service, this is the place to go!!! I made an appointment for a safety check, showed up a little early and they had no issue seeing me when I got there. I even asked about a weird noise in my car and they knew exactly what it was and the solution. Sadly, they don't service that type of fix, but thoroughly explained the fix and offered a wonderful suggestion of a local service station I could try. “I called around 7:45 AM on a weekday needing an immediate tow, because my car wouldn't start even with a jump. James showed up within 20 minutes, as promised. He was clearly skilled and knowledgeable. He was able to put my car in neutral and maneuver my car out of my building's garage and hook it to his tow truck quickly and easily. He offered for me to ride with him or not. I needed to stay where I was. James texted me to let me know when he had dropped off my car to the designated repair shop successfully. He charged me $40 less than the person who towed my car the same distance the prior week. He accepts credit cards, Venmo, and cash. (Many towing companies only accept cash.). I was highly pleased with this service. James was communicative, responsive, and quick.”
