The nursery staff was great, however, when we went to purchase a plant at the office, we were told that they were not open to the public. They would not sell us the plant. If you are a home gardener, find some place else to purchase your plants. A sign telling us they are not open to the public would have saved us a lot of time and effort!

TOP on my Favorites List for Nurseries! After visiting here you will never want to buy at retail price again. You can find there plants selling at Home Depot! Located in WAIMANALO you could use GOOGLE MAPS to help you find this place. Need to call for a reservation time and when you do the Aunty who answers will give you times there available! We visit 2x year for plants and get sometimes a 2 for 1 price in comparison to retail. Worth the drive! ?

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Was in the area doing some plant shopping. Stopped at SHARON's PLANTS and FRANKIE's NURSERY which had AWESOME service, extremely helpful and super clean and organized. Highly recommend. This place was in disarray and the service was HORRIBLE. As a customer NEVER have I ever been treated like that. Their website said they were open and like most of the reviews here which unfortunately I did not read, it is by appointment ONLY. We walked in with one other couple and no one had stopped us. Had a few interactions with other staff who said NOTHING and were helpful. But this aunty with no teeth yelled at us at 1600 saying "we are closed." We hurriedly gathered the plants we planned to buy which was about 10-12 and went to the front office. She proceeded to scold us, not once but three times on the "RULES." BOTTOM LINE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Pretty average nursery, very bummer service.Visited for the first time today while in the neighborhood picking up some trees from good ol’ Frankie’s. I don’t know if auntie was just in a bad mood today or if it’s the standard program there, but it was certainly a first of a kind experience for us.We had a few trays of plants to buy but couldn’t actually make it through check-out... had to quietly set them down and walk away. Auntie was fixated on scolding us for all kine stuff, over and over again. Was super bummed as they actually had a few unique succulents I was eager to buy (the rest was just your standard landscape ornamentals). Stressful times, and most of what she was going on about was covid-related,so we’ll give her the benefit of the doubt.... but honestly I can’t see coming back. Oh well, plenty of other great nurseries around the island, aloha!

Bit "tricky" to find. Must make an appointment to visit. They provide lot of plants to stores such as Home Depot. We like her hanging plants for an awesome price some like 50% off from retail price. Poinsettia is something they have definitely during the season. Mahalo Aunty!

By appointment only. Went on a Friday and was told no available appointment until following wednesday. Wish I would have read the reviews first. Rating as a 1 star as unable to say N/A... my less than 1 min employee engagement I have no other clue.

You have to schedule an appointment. I didn't know this. I showed up and the plants were 3 feet away but since I didn't have an appointment I wasn't allowed to give them money for edible plants. There website should articulate this. I drove here all the way from Honolulu.
