Our go to spot for seasonal tropical fruits. They also offer a large variety of fruit and flower trees. Even if you don't want fruits or trees, just being there is therapeutic haha

Sooooooo helpful & and knowledgeable! This place is the best. All of the plant I bought from started fruiting...you don't have to wait 3-7 years for your plant to start giving, as most of their trees/plants are grafted. Highly recommend Frankie's!

Love Frankie's Fruit Farm..! Many years ago when planting our yard we were told Frankie's was the place to go for the best fruit trees. They did not disappoint! Ended up getting a white pirie mango tree, kaimana lychee, and the most abundantly fruiting kumquat tree ( perfect accent for outside the front entrance!). We had the trees delivered. Fast forward many years and many fruit crops later, with a visit to the farm with friends, was blown away by the exotic fruit which was available for purchase ALONG with the fruit trees! Time permitting as well as interest level of carmates, I try to stop by the farm whenever driving around for sightseeing. And yes, today I brought home a mixed bowl of exotic fruit ($10 a container). :-) Frankie's is set back in the back of Waimanalo. The yelp map will help you find the farm easily!

If you are seeking tropical plants and fruit trees, this is the place to shop. The personnel are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are very helpful to make sure you find the right plant for the right location and microclimate. They also share information about the best support and care for the plants when you get home, to make sure the plants flourish. It's a winding road to find their nursery, but it's worth it. We also like to buy their fresh cut fruit sampler while we are there-it's full of the exotic fruits they grow in their own plants. The owner, Lynn, is charming and she has an encyclopedic knowledge of the plants available there.

As a long-term customer and an employee at a time, I must say that this Nursery is a gem on Oahu. They have amazing fruits that all come at DIFFERENT times of the year. Not many people understand this and expect certain fruits during the time that they visit. Durians fruit in winter, Mangoes fruit in summer, etc. Summer is always the highlight of when to go because of their great selections of fruit. Customers aren't allowed to venture into the orchard, but they can look at their small tree selection, aka the "nursery". They even have fresh fruit cut-up and juices, not something you find often at other farms. The only down-side is that you can't go into the fields to take pics or pick fruit and occasionally their restroom closes because of clogging issues due to the high amount of customers. The place is getting a bit more popular, so sometimes they gotta limit the fruits that they sell so all customers can enjoy them, especially their limited honey cream pineapple and i wish more people would understand that... you cant force a tree to make more fruit for you, sometimes you get a good harvest and sometimes you don't. Overall, great place to visit for a local fruit snack. oh yea, they are also the best place to go to when it comes to tropical fruit trees you want to buy, ive learned a lot from them on how to grow good fruiting trees.

Super kind, Met Frankie’s niece and she was helpful in understanding the fruits and super knowledgeable. We came in December, so limited fruit availability, but I still got to try many I’ve never tried before. As well, we got the cream pineapple juice, which was one of the most delicious things ever!

I was so excited to take my mom to this place after seeing the amazing pictures and reviews. We love touring agriculture wherever we go and always look forward to trying new exotic fruits. Sadly, our adventure was short and a complete disappointment. After parking, we were greeted by man, who doesn't appear to Frankie (per the website pictures). I told him that we're looking to explore new fruits and we proceeded to look around. My mom and I ventured down the road towards the orchard, instead of the actual nursery. We were looking at the trees and fruits, trying to identify them. Within minutes, we heard someone hollering for us to come back. It was the same man who greeted us. He advised us that we're not allowed to walk around the orchard. I then told him that his website states that visitors are welcome to explore the nursery grounds. Which to me, means...the nursery grounds. He says, no. Well, dang Mr., you should revise the website and clarify that! So we went back to the "nursery grounds" to look at the fruit stand. Again, disappointed. The mangos and dragon fruits were small and shriveled. It wasn't much of a fruit stand, more so, a stand of several old fruits. The farmers market had better selection. Soooo disappointed.

Was not welcoming when we tried to take photos during visit. Fruit variety was minimal. Did not allow for use of restroom and stated only one person per group can visit. Overall, not a good experience. Will recommend others not to visit

Worst customer service of any establishment on the island we've been to. We bought a bunch of fruit from the stand and wanted to take some photos with the fruit trees and that was prohibited. Oh, not to mention, regardless of the number of people in your party, only 1 person from your group is allowed to use the restroom.

My family and I went to buy a miracle berry bush. We also picked up a Ka'u orange tree (I hope we can grow it right). The person working there was very friendly, took us right to both plants, and explained about their care. They also provided great advice about dwarf fruit trees, ti leaves, and other plant related information.

Very friendly and kind customer service. The small pineapples are amazing!! It's a bit of a drive from Waikiki area, but it's worth the trip!

Very laid back business, no partitioned parking stalls or public bathrooms. Processing fee for use of credit card. Seasonal fruit, availability varies. Prices are moderate to high both for fruit and plants. Staff are very knowledgeable about fruiting seasons and plant care. Highly recommend if you're in the area or want to try some fruits that may not be sold in grocery stores.

This is the best and most knowledgeable nursery we have been to. We have been looking for a tree for a year now and was not sure what to get, we had a lot of great ideas in our heads. We have been to a few nurseries and always left with more questions than what we started with and uneasy. We saw Frank's had a fruit market of the trees they have so we drove all the way from Ewa Beach to check it out. It did not disappoint. They sold the fruit ready to eat and someone helped to point out which was a good one to get. We wanted to try the mountain apple as it is unique but they were out of season. We bought some fresh fruit to try to see which kind of tree to get. Some fresh off the vine, others even chilled and cut/peeled. That was the best thing we could do! We sampled a lot and walked around the nursery. I started to get overwhelmed until a young lady walked up and asked us if we had any questions or needed help. We said yes and she walked us to the shade so we could talk, we told her where we live and what we kind of wanted. She was super nice and patient and addressed everything we said, she guided us through our climate in Ewa Beach and what would grow best in-line with what we wanted. WE ACTUALLY LEFT WITH A TREE!!! I did not think we would be leaving with a tree! We are so happy with our purchase and the service. They are thorough and nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Will be going back as it is a great local tourist spot for the many fruits.

What a treat! Frankie's staff were super helpful and knew a ton about fruit, and plants. They had a lot of fruit options to eat or take away. We got a platter of a bunch of different fruits to try that we're maybe like $15 total and refrigerated which helped them last. The guava was especially good. It's worth noting most fruit can't be taken back into the continental united states, so make sure you aren't buying more than you plan to eat while there, if visiting!

If you're passing thru as a tourist, they have a fruit stand with fruit you'll most likely never heard of before. Not endemic to Hawaii but some rare varieties of mango, pineapple, and sapote. As a local, amazing selection of fruit trees. I got a sapodilla, sudachi(citrus good for seafood), wax jambu, and kim mango. Varieties you probably can't even find on the internet!
