Wailuku Automotive was recommended to me by a Kaupo friend and am GRATEFUL! They had genuine care and repaired the issues that could have been catastrophic. The timing, locating and obtaining parts fell together seamlessly and was able to get my car back that same day. The $ was fair. Totally happy with the service and though I hope I don't have to see them anytime soon, will definitely use them again when needed. Thanks Denise & all for your kokua !

These guys are great. I went to them after a HONDA diagnosis, and prefer Wailuku automotive ten times over. Extremely fair pricing, and amazing customer service. They stand behind the work they do.

It’s hard to find a solid mechanic you can feel comfortable with staying ethical, and only charging you for what’s needed…. Wailuku Auto goes above and beyond that. When I comp them to other shops on island they are always a better value, without compromising service or repairs. Super understanding that we all are financially tight, and yet still do repairs where safety is primary. In life you need a good network of professionals.
