Being fast, friendly, and not pushy has been my experience. I had a slow leak in my AC I didn’t initially have the money to fix. Because of this, I had them recharge the AC twice before I could get it repaired. After finally getting the repair done, a mechanic brought over the old part when I picked up the vehicle and took the time to show me the issue. Professional service, reasonable price, reasonable speed. Staff answers the phone and answers questions. Mechanics took their time with me, explaining everything and giving good options. They also went ahead and fixed the minor stuff they found during the repair. Highly recommend, even if you have to drive from Lahaina like me!

Highly recommend this shop!! Excellent service and honest hard working guys that know what they are doing. I had a noisy wheel bearing that needed to be replaced which I could normally do on my own however it was heavily rusted and wouldn't come off. Dave got me in right away in the morning and got it replaced by lunch time. Hard to find good mechanics in Maui that you can trust to get things done in line with their labor quotes. Highly recommend Uptown Automotive. I always feel like car places try to take advantage of you, but I do not feel this way with Uptown Automotive. The prices were great and the work was done quickly, hours before they quoted me. Lena, the woman behind the desk is amazing!! If the owner is reading this, please give her a raise! She was so personable and understanding. I already recommended this place to a friend and will be continuing to do so.

I wasn’t initially sure they would be able to work on my a/c because I have a newer model. Lena help me find the information needed on my vehicle to confirm they could work on it.They did exactly what I asked and did it in a responsible amount of time (in and out the same day). They got me a quote on my repairs and were not pushy at all.Thank you Uptown Automotive for your great customer service and work! ??

Aloha!, I met the owner Dave, asked if they can check out my 05 Jeep Liberty Limited 4x4 2.8L 4cyl Turbo Diesel with just over 74k miles. I just purchased this vehicle and it stopped running. Ken (mechanic) was able to diagnose the problem (fuel Injection pump). I also requested to r/r the water pump, timing belt, serpentine belt, pulleys, thermostat and housing, seals, hoses, etc. Very happy with the awesome service that got me back on the road! Ken gave me an estimate, ordered parts, replaced all parts and got the KJ running smooth, starts right up, motor feels tight, seems quieter, he made sure to replace any worn parts. Awesome repair work!!!

My AC was not working properly. I called them and they got me in that day. They had it taken care of within a couple hours and at a decent price. My ac is now cold as ice. Highly recommended.

I recently brought my Lexus to Uptown Automotive because it had a serious shock problem, they were great! They let me know that the airbag over the shock on one side was blown, upon completing the installation of new airbags, the sensors also needed troubleshooting, they figured it out promptly and I have my car back, running great! 1.) This company has a seriously sweet gal that runs the front, she communicates great and is very nice to deal with. She sets the stage for the great service that is to come. 2.) They know what they are doing and Dave the mechanic is very communicative also, explaining what work has been done clearly. 3.) They are fair with their pricing. I would 100% recommend Uptown Automotive and will be using them in the future.
