Bruce and Lisa are a very nice couple and make the shop feel very comfortable. When I entered the shop I received a smile and hello from both of them as they introduce themselves. we chatted a bit and got to know each other. I ended up making a small purchase that day only to return for another a few days later. I highly recommend visiting the shop and peeking at all the various treasure's they have.Larry

I brought my Omega Constellation watch in to have the battery replaced. I have owned the watch for awhile and never had any problems having the battery replaced elsewhere. When the owner replaced my battery, he broke my watch! He had to send it to California to be repaired. When I got the watch back, it was no longer keeping time. I've owned the watch for 6 years, and I've never had anyone have a problem replacing the battery. So he put another battery in my watch. The next day I looked at my watch, and it still wasn't keeping time. So, I called Bruce up, and I told him my watch wasn't keeping time, and I told him I spoke with Omega in Honolulu. My watch worked perfectly, but when Bruce worked on my watch it never kept time. Omega told me that they would have to send the watch to the mainland, and to fix the problem was going to cost $500-$600. I told Bruce I wanted him to pay for that. He said he wouldn't pay for that. So now I have an Omega Constellation watch that worked perfectly until he worked on it, and now I have to pay to repair it myself. All of the Yelp reports are about jewelry they bought from Bruce. I believe I'm the only one that put a Yelp report on here about repair. He ruined my watch, and now I have to pay $500-$600 to have my watch fixed, which worked perfectly before he worked on it. Don't let this man replace batteries on your watch, because he doesn't know what he's doing. I'm also going to report him to the Better Business Bureau. It's not fair to me as a customer, as a retired Navy veteran, to be treated this way. Beware of this man replacing batteries on your watch. I'm very disappointed in the company.

The gorgeous stock at Treasure Imports is right up there with Cartier’s. If you might want this uniquely elegant (or dress up) crystal authentic Judith Lieber bag, ask them to see it.The contents of the vintage minaudiere are tiny, high quality gold metal, including a long chain for over the shoulder wear. At $2950, it is a bargain.Bruce is an amazing jeweler. He repairs, even creates, beautifully. His purchase of a valuable diamond helped complete a home rehab. The folks at Treasure Imports are a Community Treasure. Go to there! For any gift!

It’s very, VERY rare for me to give a low rating.I never received my item & the owner told me to go to the post office to see if it’s there. I told her I’m high risk with the pandemic and can’t do that and she said to, “just wear a mask.”She has terrible customer service. As far as the quality of the jewelry goes, I’ll never know. I never got the package.She was rude and didn’t offer a refund or anything.DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Outstanding Value and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bruce was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about a traditional Hawaiian Fish Hook I was seeking to obtain. He had several amazing pieces to pick from. I ended up purchasing more than one hook because the workmanship and designs were so awesome. My wife, who is extremely discerning, found an amazing diamond ring. We plan to drop in to Treasure Imports EVERY TIME WE VISIT MAUI. Thanks Bruce!
