I am not a huge fan of Safeway stores, but they are usually in convenient locations and offer a lot of selection, maybe too much selection. I do frequent the sushi options, the bakery, and sometimes vegetables if they are local. You really have to shop around for bargains, as I find prices here are higher than other outlets. But when they have premium ice cream on sale, stock up!

Usually not so busy when I'm shopping but it is smaller than other Safeways. Sometimes out of items I'm looking for and not as much stock. Groceries are always pretty fresh and stocked. Love variety of energy drinks... rockstar my favorite and usually in stock. Only 4 stars because bathroom could always use extra help or attention. Love the deli a s sushi offered

Standard Safeway with many items overpriced. Came here for a green tea and Red Bull. My partner got a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a pizza stick. The can of green tea was over $3.00. I also used the restroom which was pretty dingy. But I gotta give them credit for carrying my specific brand of green tea.

Shout out to Safeway Maui Lani Bakery Department for this beautiful and yummy cake! I ordered over the phone less than 24 hours and they took my order, I picked up and I'm so happy, it's so pretty! Birthday girl loved it!

**This review pertains to their new online shopping/parking pick-up service**I used to frequent this Safeway b/c it was close to my house and like with any new business, the service deteriorated from their opening from really good to really NOT good. Nevertheless, it's a grocer, something sorely needed in our community ever since Ooka's went away and it was OK for once a month kind of shopping to supplement the weekly Costco runs.Enter ONLINE SHOPPING and this has been a game changer for me!! I find that I frequent Safeway much more than once a month now, almost a weekly trip - shop on their app, pick-up or delivery either the same day or next. It's been perfect!! SO super easy to shop on the app, so super easy to pick-up, usually a short wait once you get there but they roll it all out to your car and you go!!Go online shop at the Safeway!!
