My wife and I own a condo in Ma 'alaea. Our large (4' X 9') bedroom 3-pane window was the original developer installed window. As you can imagine, the 1970's developer did not choose the most premium windows to include in their project and over 50 years of sea air and wind have done a number on them--time to replace. We went to Pacific Source for a modern replacement. They are a Fleetwood Windows dealer. Fleetwood makes one of the best Class 1 anodized aluminum windows on the market--just what we needed for a coastal application. We had the help of both Gabe on the mainland and Logan on Maui to make our project a success. Gabe helped with the pricing and designing (all Fleetwood Windows are custom made). Logan met with our contractor at the job site to take detail measurements so the windows were manufactured properly; fit in our opening; and, were compatible with our interior louvered window shades. We ordered the windows in November. We wanted to install the following April. We were under no illusions. The pandemic & its problems, shipping log jams and supply chain issues were all working against us. However, Pacific Source & Fleetwood were able "get 'er done" and deliver the goods to Maui by the end of March, about 3 weeks prior to our contracted installation date. Our contractor did a yeoman's job of installing the new windows; patching the stucco wall; and, reinstalling our interior louvered shutters. Thanks to Pacific Source, Gabe & Logan, and our contractor, we are now the envy of our condo project. We would use Pacific Source again without reservations. Give them a try!

I needed a custom-sized window as the window was already framed 80 years ago, and nothing "standard sized" today would work. I emailed for a price at 5:30pm, after they were closed. I had a quote when I woke up the next morning. You can't beat that kind of service! The window arrived a few weeks later, as promised, and fit perfectly.

I work for a high end custom home builder and Pacific Source is our "go to" resource for windows, doors, cabinetry, and plumbing. Their salespeople are very knowledgeable and have been in the industry a long time - they know their stuff! Their shipping and delivery department is wonderful too. Items arrive when promised (COVID dependent) and undamaged. I highly recommend them

Our contractor has previously worked with Pacific Source, and suggested we get doors from them for our house. We placed an order for over $10,000. This order was placed at the end of September, with them giving our contractor the understanding that, give or take, the lead time was about 12 weeks. Now, after an incident on their end, one of the doors is delayed until end of January and the other doors are said to arrive mid January. While I understand that incidents happen, I find their unapologetic lack of accommodation and subpar customer support truly disconcerting. Will we get our doors in by the end of January.. who knows, after spending so much money with this company, I sure hope their product is worth the wait. Their prices aren't competitive, their communication on lead time is wrong, their customer service and support are lacking in a huge way, naturally I am worried about the product now, too.

I attempted to give Pacific Source $15,000 to $25,000 for new kitchen and bath cabinets but they were too "busy" to take my order! The salespeople here are NOT professional and don't have a clue how to conduct business! I would mention the particular salesperson that I dealt with, but (Terry) would be out of a job for the unprofessional way he handled this situation! I personally spent over 20 years in the Design/Furniture industries and have never treated a client the way I was treated by this salesperson! He promised to follow through with my cabinets and strung me along for WEEKS before sabotaging my condo remodeling schedule by finally telling me that he was "just too busy" to help me! I have numerous incriminating e-mails he sent me to prove his total lack of action.........His honesty would have been nice from the very beginning! My best advice is to go somewhere else on Maui for kitchen and bath cabinets!

Excellent quality products and Gina is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. We live in the most remote place on earth, so it is so valuable to get the order right the first time as we all live with freight costs. Beautiful well made cabinets, quality appliances, tile and mosaics, hardware and doors. What a great resource to have on Maui.

I am a contractor on Maui doing remodeling on condos. We have a short time to get in and get the job done and get out. The salesmen at Pacific Source take way too long to get prices back to us. Not a good place to consider if you have a timeline crunch or need pricing for your clients right away!
