I did an extensive renovation on my 60 year old house in Kahului. Bought most of the materials and supplies, many thousands of dollars spent. As part of the renovation got new windows. Renovation is pretty much complete but after 4 months no windows. They cannot tell me why delay, where in shipping process. I've been living in this unfinished construction site no now for 4 months with no end in sight. At some point you would think it would be stealing if they got my money no deliver the goods. If you're one of the big guys in town no problem but us little guys get the shaft.

We support the local businesses including Miyake Concrete HPM, Wailuku but this bad experience made me think twice about this company. We ordered a sliding door and it was delivered to our home. When my husband came home from work, he realized that the opening of the sliding door was wrong so he called Miyake Concrete to get the right order. However that person that we were dealing with originally went on a vacation and told no one about it nor called us back like she said she was going to do. So we had to explain it again to another clerk that we got the wrong sliding door and we need the right one. On Wednesday, April 12, 2023. My husband realized that the original sliding door was gone from our yard. It's about 6:00pm on Wednesday so I had no way of finding it out. I panicked because I thought it was stolen, No one even bothered to tell us that they would pick it up. No one wanted to take responsibility of the error nor they even apologized.I also ordered more things and they were delivered yesterday April 13, 2023. But there were no invoice given, It was a phone order. And there's no sense giving your name and phone number for them to call you back because they won't call you back.However, your store Miyake Concrete - HPM Makawao treats us like VIP and I am so grateful to Brice, Carson and Kona for their genuine care and understanding. I thank them so much for their excellent service.

Miyake supplied our double pain aluminum windows. Some of the seals failed while the windows were under warranty. We have been calling Miyake for 3-1/2 years for replacement. We have provided, measurements, pictures, serial numbers, all that has been asked for multiple times. We wait and wait. Installers have been out 3-4 times to install a pane of glass that comes in, but the order is always wrong, missing window pane that were never ordered and incomplete. The installers take measurements for Miyake and report back the incomplete orders for the still un-replaced windows. We continually call and follow up, but we are still waiting for this warranty replacement years later. Today 3-1/2 years later Miyake reports they still havn't ordered our warranty replacement windows and says they need to send out the installers to take measurements once again. I have documentation of this being done the last time the installers were onsite. It's incompetence. Customer Service just keeps giving us the run around. They are polite, but unorganized and unprofessional. We are terribly frustrated and disatisfied with dealing with this unacceptable service. Shame on you Miyake. Save yourself this trouble... Avoid Miyake at all costs.
