These guys are the best - kind, honest, experienced, and personable. Ethan and his team are awesome. Customer service is superb. Bad experiences with other auto places on Maui left me with a bad taste in my mouth after getting hit with high hourly fees and an incorrect diagnosis on my severe alignment issue. I am so grateful I found this shop. They quickly diagnosed my bad wheel bearing, replaced it, and took the time to evaluate another issue (rough start up and idle) free of charge (bad timing belt tensioner). Money has been tight for me this year and these guys probably realized it based on the state of my car haha. They only recommended necessary repairs and realizing that I couldn’t afford new tires atm did a free tire rotation to put my less badly worn tires on the front. Where else will you find mechanics that will go above and beyond like that? Do yourself a favor and bring your daily driver to these guys. Mahalo Maui Auto Care ?

Really good everything automotive repair shop. They did my AC on my Pilot, and I'm taking my Scion for work tomorrow. This is my first call with car problems. Also, 1 out of 1 dentists recommended them to me.

I can't say enough good things about the Maui Auto Care team. For the first time in my life, I've found a shop where I don't feel like I'm being ripped off or talked into services I don't need. In fact, Maui Auto Care is the opposite of that...They did a free recheck & recharge of my A/C system that they serviced just to be certain before charging me for a much larger repair. (A/C is still running cold...and even the initial A/C repair was 1/2 of what Toyota would have charged me just for the initial diagnosis!) All of the staff are very friendly, knowledgable & professional. I will only take my car to them for oil changes now, and any other issues that come up. I'm so glad I found them & I highly recommend, especially to women who dread going to the mechanic! They explain things very well & are happy to answer any questions. Mahalo Maui Auto Care, you guys are awesome!

For the first time in my life, I've found a shop where I don't feel like I'm being ripped off or talked into services I don't need. Would give Maui Auto Care Services "10 Stars" if they had it!!! The owner Robert & his Team did an Exceptional Job on giving us our first tune-up & we had an air conditioning problem that they fixed in the same appointment. I highly recommend Maui Auto Care, Robert the Owner ,Ethan the manager, and their mechanics worked on my 1993 Dodge truck, it needed a lot of work witch they did like real professionals they replace my gas tank , a broken regulator / motor window ,air conditioning and many more repairs to be mentioned this is the first shop that I have been after all these years that were positif from day on without playing game such as your truck is too old and these parts are obsolete like others shop did they did it all also they are pleasant to deal with, I understand that my truck is old but there is a right way and there is a wrong way to handle situations, you are either a pro or an Sunday amateur.
