We bought an Italian sofa sleeper here few days ago . Love our new sofa. The salesperson was Leigh I think . Then next day came back got the mahogany bamboo headboard . Demi was sweet saleswoman. Definitely will shop here again.

Selection is wonderful. And prices match the quality items. Sales people were helpful and not pushy. Delivery people were excellent and knowledgeable. Mahalo plenty.

Be aware before purchase - Purchased a sofa 1.5 years ago which is recent and frame is already fully cracked in half. See photos. Went into the store and they said they only have one year Warranty - be aware you will get what you pay for. Poor service and a company that does not stand by their products that they sell. This sofa was around 1200.00 and it will now go into the trash. Sad situation all around.

I always give this business 5 stars. They have been amazing for the last 6 years. Service is great. Prices and quality of furniture is also wonderful. Judy is the most amazing salesperson to work with. She is prompt , friendly , attentive and so helpful. The movers/ delivery service is top notch. I have bought furniture for three homes here on Maui and this is the place to shop. Mahalo for the amazing service. Bravo Lifestyle Maui.

Great store and very helpful and friendly staff. We got all new furniture for our condo. When delivery showed up, they noticed one of the bed pieces was done incorrectly at the factory, so they immediately sent someone else over with the correct piece so we could sleep in our bed that night. That's great customer service

I would have to say this was probably my most enjoyable furniture shopping experience I’ve had in awhile.There was four of us enjoying a girls day. Plus we also had a birthday girl who was looking for a new chair. So when we arrived a few minutes early. I figured we’d have to wait outside until they opened. Except they didn’t make us wait outside. They let us in early to browse around. Which already made us feel like VIP’s getting to walk around a private showing.I also appreciated our sales person Judy for being very easy to work with. Our friend is going to be having surgery soon & she wanted to find something comfortable to help speed up her recovery. Which even Judy was even able to relate & help make the perfect recommendations to even make the sale. Plus at a more reasonable price then other locations we’ve browsed around. On top of that we paid for it yesterday & it’s in stock to be delivered today. So thank you for making Kathi a very grateful customer.On top of that my boyfriend’s mother has been wanting a new dresser for her bedroom. Which we ended up finding two matching dressers that were also on sale for a reasonable price. That is also getting delivered today too.As for my mother she just enjoyed window shopping & hanging out with her friends.I on the other hand love every opportunity to check out a business. Great customer service is not only a huge bonus. But something look for with every business I encounter. Plus I just enjoy sharing my experience with others too. I purchased a couch, 4 lamps, a dining set, a bedroom set, a coffee table, 2 beds, and some occasional chairs. I worked with Leigh and Kalani who are both excellent and very helpful. Their delivery people were great too.

Merry Christmas to us! Solomon and Loea delivered our very heavy sofa and recliner today. I don't know how they got it into my apartment, but I know I'm going to wish I had their pleasant demeanor and coordination when I have to move it out. I'm so excited to have these beautiful furniture pieces. We looked at every furniture store on island and Maui Lifestyles was best.

The furniture delivery team of Solomon and Lo provided excellent service. They maneuvered large furniture through a difficult opening repositioning the pieces multiple times until they were finally successful. They were creative in problem solving. Their manner was friendly, polite and professional. They never gave up. Their hard work is to be respected and applauded. We need to appreciate these hard workers.

We ordered a bed, two nightstands and a bureau of drawers. Waited 6 months for bed, bureau & 1 nightstand. Ok, it was Covid & supply chain issues. Now its been another year and we're still waiting on the nightstand. Went in there--they had 2 on the floor. "Oh, if we gave you one of those we wouldnot have a display." Some Aloha.
