I went to get a loan on my PS5. The man behind the glass instantly wrote 100 on a piece of paper. I asked is that how much your giving me? He says we'll see... I should have walked out then, at the time of this post mine sells for 499 new, even 350 to 400 used depending upon condition.
He had me unpack it from it's original box to prove it works...which I understand. He gives me a look and ask me if it's mine...like I may have possibly stole it....that was definitely rude.
I presented everything and proved it works and he said he'll take it....I said what's the offer? He said 100 Bucks....I said no I'm not doing that. As I pack my unit up another person comes up and say that I can only get so much for it and my games meant nothing....like I would truly listen to anyone after the low ball offer. The other rude person behind the counter throws my license to me opposite the glass, even though he wasted both of our times. If he said 100 in the beginning I could have simply left.
Anyway I went to another Pawn Shop with nice and courteous people and got what I was looking for.
I will never set foot in this place again....I would give ZERO STARS but I'm forced to give 1.
