I have nothing but fabulous things to say about Tamera who helped us at Boss Frogs in Kihei! She gave us all the amazing places to snorkel and even gave us tips and tricks for best beaches and places to eat - and she was not wrong on any of her recommendations! Her help made our trip to Maui even more magical!!!! Thank you Tamera! We will be back to rent and book tours with you again when we return next year!

Tamara is the best. Helped us out over the phone before even meeting her and was even better when we got there. Went on one of the whale watching tours, saw a lot, great crew on the catamaran, and good drinks from the bar.

We took two tours with this company a sunset cruise and a snorkeling trip. The boat is clean and nice, the crew was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend!

My husband and I just did the Molokini Crater snorkeling tour this morning with the Malolo group and it was AWESOME!! By far the best thing we’ve done so far in Maui. The crew was great - specifically Jason as he was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We’ve been on a few snorkeling trips and always had issues with our gear but he and the captain helped us out so we could use everything appropriately. Also, Marley the photo guy was hilarious, entertaining, and really talented. We would definitely recommend that excursion and that crew. ?

It's absolutely incredible to have met Tamera at this location. We were looking for some snorkeling gear and the store didn't have it, but she quickly directed us to one that did and solved our problem with ease. On top of that, her kind, fun, and easygoing attitude just made our day. Very professional. I highly recommend this store and we'll definitely be back for sure!

Wonderful experience with our whale watching tour on the Malolo boat. Wish the whales would come up more, but this is late season. We'll have to come during peak time next time.

We’re all from Canada. We enjoyed every single minute of the Whale Watching. Whitney, JJ and Carlos the Captain were all so amazing. The Captain made sure to give thorough information about the whales while we were watching them! JJ & Whitney made sure we were all taken care of. We also heard the male whales singing which was fantastic! Best tourist attraction!!

What a gift to travelers looking for a planned or impromptu adventure. We stopped in hoping for a quick ride to Molokini, and the energetic, knowledgeable and wonderful Tamera went so above and beyond, making sure every little detail was covered. We highly recommend stopping-in to build your Maui island adventure.

Tamera was so incredibly helpful! I had a cut on my knee and she recommended against going in the water to prevent infection which meant a lot sale on her part. I greatly appreciate her!She have us so many recommendations and discounts. She is our go to in Maui!

We booked a snorkel tour here to the Molokini Crater and Turtle Bay. It was fine. I was glad they offered wet suits for $10 because the water was cold and it helped keep you buoyant for the hour being out in the water. We just didn't see a whole lot in either place we snorkeled. I feel like they hyped it up a lot on the website how much you'd see. We saw 2 turtles, but they made it sound like we were going to see a lot. We did see whales while we were on the boat which was fun, but they don't stop, they just keep going. Also the food is bulk from Costco, not a bad thing, but there were some people on our boat who weren't too happy about it.

We rented boogie boards and received compliments of the high quality they were from locals. Overall, we enjoyed the equipment and the very reasonable prices.

My wife and I went back n a snorkel trip out of Boss Frog's. We both had a great time! The captain was very knowledgeable as was the crew. It was a fantastic morning. We would do it again and highly recommend it!!!

never and I mean never book with these people. I never bother with reviews but when it's this bad. showed up before 1:00 and that was the time you were supposed to check in. The lady at the desk says to run to the boat they are taking off. I run and the boats still there the captain says to bad and shoves off. Captain has to be the rudest price ever. they say I'll be refunded, we will see. Do they care, or show they car, no, could care less your day is ruined. we weren't the only ones either. The boat was still at the dock and they turned us away!! never and I mean never book with these guys, find a better company.

Set up a excursion to Molokini for snorkeling, got scheduled and arrived early. The crew was great, kind people. However the boat did not take us to Molokini, and nobody had updated us while we were waiting or boarding the boat. Kinda feels like a bait and switch technique.... could have just been the counter guy duping me, which kinda ruined it for the whole company
