I did not stay here. I went to a luau here. It was hard to get to. Had to walk about a mile to get to the actual luau from the parking lot.

Such a great location. If you can be fortunate enough to be here during whale season and watch whales breach while in the pool or on your balcony… good times.
The rooms are dated and in need of updating and it appears a renovation is currently happening. Be careful you do not book a room next to a room being renovated! Might be noisy.
Come to this resort, chill in the pool, walk the ocean path, experience the vibe. Enjoy!!

We walked onto the reception area to be greeted Aloha and very friendly bag check service offered. When checking in, welcomed again and given guava juice and each a Pukalani shell lai as an Hawaiian welcome. Alistair of daily activities provided for free at the resort was handed to us.
When we entered our room, we saw blue skies, palm trees, and the Pacific ocean beyond our sliding patio door. Onto our cozy deck we had a small table with comfortable chairs and even a small portable drying rack for wet clothes.
One of the THREE sparkling blue water pools could be seen from our deck. Hawaiin music made its way up to our room from the live singer below at the " adult" pool ( Wellness services, hot tub, waiters serving drinks, snacks)
Restaurants serve EXCELLENT food!
Fantastic in all ways! We will return

Overall beautiful in a great location. However, we had to wait till after 4 pm to get a room. There were others waiting till past 4 pm as well.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The rooms are great and the location is amazing!!! My family loved the pools and the beach close by was just as wonderful. Got to swim with sea turtles in the morning then have the best coconut shrimp ever at the adult pool, after that it was the most incredible luau at sunset!!!! The only thing better than the food and drinks at the luau were the performers telling their story.
Nearby activities: So much to do and see close by in wailea. From beaches to the mall or the golf course.
Walkability: Nighttime walks around the path and down to the beach were incredible.
Food and drinks: The best coconut shrimp ever!!! Lava flows with the rum topper and the WBR Specialty are so good. The food at the luau was even better.

Walkability: There is a beachside sidewalk/path in front of the resorts that extends from the Andaz resort all the way down to the Fairmont resort. You can also easily walk to the Shoppes at Wailea within about five minutes.

Rooms: Gorgeous views. Great housekeeping.
