Always a huge fan of Ace, so happy there is a location in Waikoloa it has been super helpful with my house projects, I just wish it was a bigger location to carry more craft items!

So grateful to the associate named leeflem at the WAIKOLOA STORE for helping me with my key fob battery. He removed it then grabbed the correct battery nd inserted it for me.
The other Ace hardware in kailua-kona wouldn't help me at all. They told me I had to open it then they will grab the correct battery and then I put it in.
This less then 3min assistance at WAIKOLOA STORE really helped me out and now I can go home and use my key fob to open lock my car. GREAT CUSTOMER service at this store from walking in to checking out at the register. Mahalo Guys.
ALSO loved my two fans that I got on sale. Thanks leeflem for taking the fans to my car.

This new ACE is about 15 minutes from Mauna Lani and brand new. I needed a battery for my car keys and I actually called the store’s number. Mike answered and listened to my needs and put the phone down to look for the battery. Bingo he said. I was up there and found Mike at the counter the battery was in his hand ! Old fashioned service. Thanks Mike!
