SoHa is AMAZING. I bought a cute sun visor here (but couldn't remember when I got it) that is a sun visor that wraps up and unfurls with a bow and a Velcro fastener in the back. I love this sun visor and SoHa Keiki has a small kids that matches (can we say Mama and Me??) unfortunately the Velcro bow came undone. I was so sad (it also came undone for the kids version). Even though I couldn't remember when I purchased the hat, I took it in to SoHa and the manager was unbelievably kind and repaired my visor. I was an immediate repeat customer with her kindness and ability to help. Thank you for helping me. You made my day. Would shop here over and over again.

i loveee this place so much, the staff was helpful and helped me choose some items with that had lei patterns in it. 10/10, will come back again for some gifts!

Love this store but the cashier yesterday was rude and had no personality. I’ve came in multiple times and have never experienced that type of service. She didn’t say hi or talk to us.

Cute stuff but horrible customer service. The girl working (7/17/23) didn't acknowledge me the entire time I was in the store. She stayed posted at the counter. I was going to buy a computer case but just put it back and left. She didn't look up or say anything as I left.

Apparently management doesn't care that employees do not greet customers. One day walked in and two employees were so busy talking loudly about some guy that they ignored the 5 customers in the store and the next day came in again with a friend and was totally ignored even when the employee walked right by us. Oh and employees are also rude at the store in Maui at Whalers Village. Must be company policy to ignore and not acknowledge potential paying customers! Won't be spending my money there!

This is a beautiful boutique gift shop and all items were well displayed. I bought a few things to take home along with a few gift items since I could easily pack them into my luggage.

Know what makes SoHa Living stand out from all the rest of the stores in Queens Marketplace? The employees! Not only was I impressed by the fine selection of home decor and personal items like exotic fragrances but customer service provided by the staff in general and Gabrielle in particular was absolutely top notch. I was able to select distinctive merchandise to bring home for loved ones and provide a special thank you gift for a certain someone with Gabrielle's assistance. A lost item was also identified, stored and retrieved with concern. Great work, everyone!
