Google needs to be updated, this store no longer exists at Queen’s Shops. Daughter was a little bummed out but she’ll get over it as we live in NorCal so it’s not like we have a shortage of PacSun stores. But still kind of annoying that we drove over here mainly for this store and it was not there.

we drove 30 minutes to get to pacsun. we found out the store is no longer open, website says it is. fix this, super annoying.

A Pac Sun in Hawaii. My daughter said the New York shirt she got was only available in Hawaii. Seemed suspicious, but it is a souvenir, so whatever.

I love the clothing store and I am for sure going to continue shopping there but the workers anger me. The teenagers working there always short me by a dollar. I’ve gone there 6 times and 4 times i have been shorted my money and sometimes they don’t even put one of my shirts into the bag. I guess they think that since i’m young it’s easy to scam me? Or it’s an accident? The teenagers are very distracted and not the best to work there. On top of all of that, this one teenage worker shut the door in our faces and said “the registers aren’t working” And rolled her eyes at us.

It's ok. Not a single employee said hello or checked in with us. Items are pretty self explanatory though. Didn't end up buying anything.

Not pleasant to shop at this pacsun location! Moody woman/girl probably manager Definitely overdue for some customer service training!!! We went there to spend a lot more then we did. Their lack of customer care says a lot The manager really sucks!!! Hire a real salesperson!! Example: last week we went to AE to just buy a t-shirt but we were so welcomed by this salesperson/girl there with many good suggestions that we ended up making a good size purchased. Thats what I call a "great salesperson"

Small store, packed w stuff but always runs out of sizes. Seems like the only clothing store at Queen's Market w customers. Service hits and misses depending on time/day. We were there yesterday afternoon, store was packed w teenagers probably on way home from school and only one staff working. Poor girl, running register and opening fitting rooms at the same time.

I usually like Pac Sun but at this location they have loud, obnoxious, arrogant, undfriendly teenagers who mess around the whole time. No help AT ALL.
