Jewelry is beautiful…when it doesn’t fall apart…and don’t bother with the warranty because they’ll just tell you “oh it’s not covered in the warranty, but just buy another for $200”Spent over $200 on a necklace with a floating pendant, not even a month later the pendant became loose and fell off the chain. When I called, I was told to write an email, when I emailed they told me since I lost the pendant it wouldn’t be covered but don’t worry you can buy another one online. I was livid, I haven’t even had this for a month and the pendant became loose and fell off the chain while I was at the store. When I told them that, they told me to “keep looking for it and if I find it to let them know”. Excuse me? Horrible customer service. Paying hundreds of dollars and being told “please if you have any issues reach out to us” then being told “just buy another one” when they give you a faulty item.

This place was the best resort I've ever been to! Lahela made the visit for me. She is a wealth of knowledge for anyone that wants to listen and learn about Hawai'i and it's people. Let her teach you how to make a lei or play the uku lele. You'll love the experience.

Avoid any of their locations. Customer service I'd terrible! We visited 3 locations- Wiakaloa Village, shops near the resort, and the Kona location. If you are going to ask 20-30% higher prices you might want to offer better service.

Quality jewelry and gems, including specialty Hawaiian style items, the pieces are all wonderful. Tip: check a sale display for lots of one of a kind or discontinued pieces on sale. They never offer sales but this case was in Kings and shocked me as I had never encountered one at any of the shops here in Hawaii or on the mainland. Go find a treasure of your own. I love their black pearls-- to die for!!! Tasteful and always elegant and in style.

This is big and very luxurious multi building hotel and vacation club. It would appeal to the corporate and conventions with families along set. Great pools. However, is very big and takes a half hour to get to your car or anywhere in the property which makes hard leave or doing anything quickly. Everything thing offered in the property is very expensive included food, drinks activities, resort fees, and self parking. You can get a good deal on rooms if you come at off times

Um walking in to buy pearl earrings to replace some we lost. The people working didn't even say hello or ask if we needed help or say we will be with you in a moment. Management should seriously train people to be courteous. Waited 5 minutes with no one saying anything to us. Left bought them elsewhere.

I wanted to take a minute to let you know about my great experience at the Hilton Waikoloa Na Hoku store with Tua Kekipi on September 8th. We found the bracelet that goes with my Effy Balissima multi-stone necklace that my husband gave to me when we were dating. It was marked down due to discontinuance and he bought it for me! I mentioned that I like the ring too, but they didn't have it in the store. After we got back to the room I received an email from Tua saying she'd found the ring in another store and I could stop by the next day and try it on. I did so and was thrilled that it fit and was also marked down! My husband bought it for me as well. Tua listened to me and went the extra mile to find the ring - she is a very attentive and friendly sales associate and I wanted you to know what a gem she is! Mahalo! Diana

I am a avid visitor to the big island and one of my favorite stops to make is at this store in the Hilton, we always stay here. But this past Sunday evening I stopped in to see a specific piece I saw in the airline magazine, unfortunately, I had a not so great experience. The sales associate didn't realize we were there for the first few minutes, as she was sitting behind the counter with earphones on very busy with a tablet. After she noticed us she did politely greet us but was in no hurry to help us or answer any of my questions, she rushed us through and was not at all interested in helping locate the piece I saw in the magazine. I do know there are 2 other locations on island and hopefully will be visiting one of those before my departure.
