“Needed a car for a few hours to drive to our excursion, and since Alamo is located in our hotel (Hilton Waikoloa Village), we booked with them. The staff is super nice, and offered us a free upgrade too. YES PLEASE and THANK YOU! Our jeep was clean and ready to go, and the return process was easy too.”
“The car was fine, customer service was great, location is convenient if you are in the hotel or local vicinity. But, the hours are limited and they probably need to explain the gas station situation and parking options a lot more clearly since I suspect a lot of renters end up with expensive fuel and parking charges they did not anticipate.”
