Wonderful people and wonderful service. Came and took an old scrap car, free of charge. They will come tow abandoned cars for free if legal. Give them a call for fast and efficient service for a regular tow or for scrap metal removal.

We are so so so grateful for this company!!! We cannot express enough how amazing and helpful this company was when our van got stuck. Shynells was amazing and saved the day for us. Our car died on us and we needed a tow from Waianae all the way to Honolulu. It was a little less than 40 miles and AAA was going to charge us a lot of money for this tow service. My fiancé checked Google and found Shynells Towing online. He called Bubba and got immediate response with a great quote. Bubba came within 2 hours and what was ever more amazing was that he let us come with him on the tow truck and took us to Honolulu where we rented a car, because it is very hard to get an Uber or rental car in Waianae. Overall we highly recommend Shynells Towing for Bubba's amazing service. He was extremely careful with the car and was very friendly and made this long drive go by quickly. We will definitely use Shynells Towing with any future towing needs. Thank you again and we very much appreciate all your help today!

Had to tow my SUV from Ma'ili to Kalihi. Called on Monday to schedule pickup on Tuesday. Quick response with no issues. Easy pickup and great value. Got a call from the repair shop and they received it without an issue. Highly recommend and will definitely use again if I'm ever in need.
