Rip offs. My daughter and her bf just went (9/1/23) there to fix a flat. While fixing they removed a piece that connects to the computer system that tells you which tire is flat. That should not have been removed. The dummy actually went over to my in law, showed him the piece and asked, 'wea this piece belong?' In other words, dey dunno what dey doing! Now it will cost them $200 to fix. Then, the very next day the tire flat on them. My daughter told me that they told her they cannot fix it bc they already drove the car off and sale is final. Rip off!! My daughter no like me go dea bc she know me. I will get the money back or they change the tire. Guaranz!RIP OFFS!

Due to Sams Club tire center being closed during this pandemic, and Costcos line being ridiculously long... I ended up getting two tires from this place for the time being. At first, the lady was very kind and welcoming (obviously gotta put on dat front to earn business). The tire tech was genuinely kind which is the only positive experience to this review, beside the fact that they are cheap. Well, a week later, returned to this place because for some reason, my tire was completely deflated! No puncture found anywhere on the tire so we took it back to see what could be done, since we did buy it from there and they did install the tires. Well, if that MF lady had the worst MF attitude towards my husband as he was rolling in the tire! Hold up b****! First off, hold your attitude and show me that fake smile you gave last week. Second, allow your customer to explain the situation before assuming the worst. Third, try to offer a solution to the problem, like having your technician physically inspect the tire, before trying to sell another tire. Unbelievable!! I know these tires are only "temporary" but wtf? One week? I'd suggest going elsewhere. Somebody prayed extra hard for that lady today... She's still there, untouched.

Rip off. They bent my rim and when I called the old Filipino lady out for it she told me f*** me cause her "policy" says she not reliable. When I refused to leave with a bent rim and no tire after we already paid her she called "Manny" which is some mexican who's according to him connected with the "cartel" and "westside" and the "Joseph's" lol come get your boy who's name dropping at a used tire place ended up leaving with my bent rim plus two brand new tires and my money back. Never again will we go back there.

I've purchased tires for several different vehicles here over the past couple of years and always had great service. The new location is bare bones, however, it has a nice view and seating in the shade while you wait for your tires to be put on. The pricing is comparable or cheaper than other used tire places that I called on the island (within past 2 months). I got two tires recently. There was a problem with one tire. I brought it back within a few days of purchase and the tire was switched out. Tires that I have purchased here are very gently used. One tire looked brand new. Staff is kind and friendly. I would go again.
