I called 3 days ago to ask about a 1 bedroom if it's still available and the women that I've talked to told me she'll check and give me a call back as soon as possible.
It's seems like they are not interested in renting and just lie to you.

I called about a property and who ever answered the phone seemed like she really didn't care to help and directed me to the website for something she said was not on the website. The automated technology like voice mail, texting, e mail and their web site is great. Could use a little more on the personal customer service le El.

I couldn't put an old address on the online form, it wouldn't accept it or recognize it. (Yes it was an official and correct address) I had to do paper forms.

Very Ohana and knowledgeable. Jeannie is very patient with me, I am so glad she is located on the westside, I look forward working with Inga's realty as our management company for our town home which we are renting as of June 1st 2021.

I am writing this review to disclose my dealings with this management company. I rented a property managed by this company and made improvements to the unit (leaving it better than I found it) to ensure that I would get the full deposit back after leaving the rental. The company charged me for issues that were patently false. I am withholding expressing any internal dialogue regard this situation, as I believe any disclosure made in anger would take away from the point I am trying to make. This company is unethical in my experience and has fabricated false issues to retain deposit funds. If you choose to rent with them please be advised you do so at your own peril.
