I don't know why Hatfield Realty gets high marks. Everyone I have spoke with has had very poor experiences with Hatfield realty and Ming. A very slow or no response to issues at units they rented to short term renters. Poor cleaning staff and no inventory list to relate to damages and or missing items. An extreme lack of responsibility toward the owners interests. If they could get away without addressing an issue they did. Then when they are challenged they drop you as a client claiming they are downsizing. Marie Hatfield may not know what is going on in the vacation rent side of her business. If she does shame on her. It's inconsiderate and morally wrong to take advantage of anyone as they have. AS I have stated what others have said to me has been the very thing that has happened to me. I think its criminal.

Rented from them for 9 years and they always treated me with respect and understanding. If the unit had any issues it was addressed immediately. Worked primarily with Ming who was amazing. Moved due to work but highly recommend.
