Zero helpful locals, and "NO ONE" working the laundromat. The washer took all our quarters. There was a number to call for help, it was useless.
Asked Every local shop if I could buy and "overpay" for a random item, just to get a little cash back. I was very polite, and clearly desperate, but not happening.
Had to leave with wet clothes. Also, the place was dirty, which not great for a laundromat.
Definitely launder your clothes before heading to this side of the island.

Ok let me start by saying the 1st machine I used did eat my quarters , I put the full amount I went to the car to get some things I was missing and then I asked me to put the full amount in again, naturally it was upsetting, I went ahead and put the quarters in again anyways and just began the load. I then went ahead and called the owner theirs a posted sign , to my surprise he came promptly fixed the issue and gave me back the money the machine ate up. Excellent customer service, some machines are out of order but all and all I had a good experience. I would definitely come back.

A workable laundromat that does the job. Roughly $8 - $9 per load to wash and dry. Usually a couple cool roosters chilling outside and sometimes inside too.

If you need to get your laundry washed, The Waialua Wash N' Go is the place to go. Its now under new management. There are major renovations that have happened over the past few months that have positively affected its usability. The Owner is extremely friendly and very attentive his customers needs. He owns multiple local business's and has a strong interest in making the community a better place. I've been using this laundry mat now for about 1.5 years every 2 weeks, and have noticed the drastic change this place has underwent since new ownership. Very convenient to have a clean and well maintained laundry mat close to Haleiwa. As mentioned in previous posts some machines did not run at one time, however since Lei (owner) took over, he's repaired the existing machines and installed even more. At the time of this post, there are 4 single load, 7 large load washers, and 20+ Dryers that are all functioning. If your in the area and need a great place to wash your clothes, give the Waialua Laundry Mat a try, you'll be happy with your decision.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Garbage laundromat. Put $7.50 in one washing machine and after 6 minutes is says out of order. Then had to move my soggy belongings to a different machine and put in another $7.50. Then put all my cloths in a dryer and after 15 quarters are put in is says error and no quarters come back. I then switched to another dryer a put another 15 quarters in. This place actually robs you. Spend the extra 20 minutes and go elsewhere.

The one time I need to use the big washers here, they're all broken. I would use the small washers here but they advise not to wash sheets and blankets, which is what I came here to do... Wash my sheets. This place isn't a wash-n-go if you can't WASH anything...The only thing you can do is GO.

Very clean, owners were so nice! Wash started at $4.25 drying was .25 for two mins. Full load only took 12 mins to dry. Definitely will go back.

This laundromat has gone so downhill since it was sold. So many washing machines are out of order & have been for over a year. There is no hot water. The coin machine was even out of order. Good luck getting your laundry done here!

0 stars. This place is so rundown, there is nobosy there, no number to call, and most washers dont work. Some have "out of order" sign and some eat your money and then you find it doesnt work. There is no warm wash although machine says it has it and charges $4.50 for it.. There are 8 big front load washers, only 2 work.... sort of bc there is no warm water. I came there to use warm wash bc my washer is waiting for repairs. So i spent all the money and time and got a pretty bad super expensive cold wash. I was there on Saturday April 23, 2022. I put movey into washer 6 and it ate about $4 and then i realized it doesnt work. PLEASE REFUND ME ASAP. i will send you mailing address in a private message. There are 6 small top load washers and i m not sure how many work. I didnt use them There are lots of dryers but who knows how many actually work. I didnt use the dryers. Apparently this laundrymat is known in the community as a disgrace. 3 regular customers in there said they just do quick cold wash when they dont have timeVC to drive to Wahiawa laundrymat. I dont understabd why this it s happening. The laundrymat is a large space in a nice shopping mall, so it should have high rent, so how does owner afford rent? It is sad bc it is the only laundrymat on N Shore. The next closest one is in Wahiawa and apparently many N Shore customers drive to Wahiawa laundrymat. Perhaps the owner is waiting for the nearby development which will skyricket the prices? Meanwhile....i would drive to Wahiawa to do laundry, esp. hot water laundry

I was looking for a laundry spot close to home. Dryer is down. Waialua Wash popped up on Yelp. I ventured out to dry our things. I followed the google maps took me to the Housing Authority Apartments. I sat abs looked around. This definitely was not the place. Just as I turned heading to Wahiawa ( a familiar place), I see a guy at the Catholic Church. I pulled in to ask him where the Waialua washer was. Of course, he tells me that I passed it a ways back at Aloha Gas. He directed me to turn in at Aloha Gas abs to drive past all the businesses. It's on the left at the very end. I headed back with the nice guys directions and there it was. I never Aw a name on the building, just the washers inside. I had 2 loads. Clothing and towels. $0.25 for 3 minutes. The dryers are not hot at all. $1.75 for 18 minutes for towels. I thought that would be good. I added additional $1 for 12 minutes. Some pieces were still not completely dry. That was my limit. I took them home and laid them out to dry. The Laundromat itself was not clean. Floor needed sweeping. Very unkept. I was surprised but it is what it is. I'll travel to Wahiawa if I need to use laundromat in the future.

Nothing fancy but it gets the job done ... kind of dirty place, strange people hanging out, and the locals seem to come in quickly and get out. Not wasting anytime! Strange enough, I got hit on by a homeless guy and then another person kept watching over me asking what I was doing. LOL. But whatever. It's a public laundry mat right?!! However the guy that worked there was so helpful because frankly I NEVER go to laundromats. I have a washer & dryer at home. But my husband and I had to do some serious laundry after traveling and living in a van #vanlife for 2-weeks so this little pit stop was great. It is pricey: $4.00 for a wash. And countless quarters to dry. I think I spent $20 on quarters LOL! Note: the address linked to this laundromat is wrong. It'll take you to a housing project. It's in a dodgy shopping center near a gas station and a U-Haul Center. There's also a community center, a cool little coffee shop with some good coffee. Check that out for sure!
