Absolutely the place to stop!! We ended up with a screw in our rental car tire and stopped in without calling. Although we were not local- they treated my family and I with kindess and helped us repair the tire with a smile. I had great conversations and noticed they had an array of beverages in the office to enjoy. Fantastic Experience!!! Thank you for everything Waialua Service!!!

The only full service has stop on the island! The staff was super helpful. Just simply needed gas and air in our tires. Very friendly.

Hey, can you remember actual "service" stations back in the 60's and 70's? It's like that. Plus they sell the no-ethanol gas which my older Honda thrives on. And when I came in one time with a tire with slow leak due to a nail, they fixed it on the spot. And later when another tire developed a slow leak on the valve stem, they hooked me up with Gary (in the repair bays right next to the pumps) who jacked 'er up, took off the tire, replaced the stem, and I was driving away in under 10 minutes.

Only place left in Hawaii that i know of that pumps your gas. And also the baboose fakaz, that work there are good people. It's a neighborhood focal point, and center of all town gossip on who's banging who.

Wow what can I say about this place top notch people working here had a screw in the tire guy pulled out his toolbox fixed it in five minutes or less no problem! Life savers! Got a love local customer service at its best~

Crazy rains and wailing hungry baby who needed a diaper change. I pulled in here only for the lot to charge the diaper, no gas or any other business. I did roll over some chains, seems like they were just about closing. A man saw i was there just for a quick pit stop. Offered to wait till I was done and even gave my eldest hungry son a bag of delicious chocolate dipped nuts. Sir - you were the good samaritain to us that night. That gesture changed the mood in the car for the rest of our journey. Thank you ??.
