I cannot recommend this company enough! Marco was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with, the car was great, and I felt lucky to find such a great car rental on the North Shore. 10/10 experience, I highly recommend to anyone.

Anytime I come to Oahu Marco’s Local Car Hawaii is my way to go he always have a rental car available for me at great rates and service, this is my second time renting with Marco and everything was great and fair. Our car saved us a lot of gas. Is better going with this small business than the Big rental cars companies, I do not mind in going to north shore because is guaranteed the service will be good. Everything is clear on the contract with Marco and I never had any issues he even kept my body board after 2 years a rented it with him and I could use it again. Mahalo!

Best rental car experience I have ever had. Owner was extremely friendly, chill, accommodating, and understanding. Rented from him when my car broke down and he made a stressful situation so much easier for me. I will never go to another rental car company on Oahu again, and you shouldn’t either. This is the way to go!

We rented a vehicle (Hyundai Sonata Hybrid) from Local Car Hawaii during our winter holiday 2021. Marco was able to personally drop off our car at the airport for me and my family. He was friendly and did a detailed walk-through with me before I took possession even though it was in the evening. Though he noted most everything prior to the inspection, he was happy to add anything that he missed. Was pleasantly surprised with the fuel efficiency of the vehicle as we visited many places in Honolulu. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely be using Local Car Hawaii again.
