The best campsite during our 2 weeks holiday in Hawaii. Hot showers, quiet and safe.

A magical, and wonderful place to have retreats. Don't expect everything to be brand new and top notch but full of heart, Love and peace.

At camp Mokulē'ia, I'd sit on the seawall for hours on end. Feeling the Pacific breeze gently wash across my face, while watching the waves do the same to the sand. With clouds so full they pop, and reefs glittering with color I did not think possible in the ocean. In these hours, I'm only reminded of the ubiquitousness of daily life by the occasional skydiver's shadow falling across the bay from the sky, and the ring of the bell that signifies breakfast, lunch and dinner at the gorgeous cafeteria.

Filthy and dysfunctional would be an understatement ?! Perhaps even most homeless' tents ⛺️ would offer more comfort and hygiene. Horrible food too!Rooms: Filthy and dysfunctionalNearby activities: Mostly unsafe equipmentFood & drinks: Horrible

Cabins are basic with nice hot water. Bring shower shoes, and all will be fine. There was a broom and fan in each cabin, which helped us keep the area clean. The views are beyond belief beautiful. The vibe is so very peaceful and the waters clear and amazing. We saw fish and lots of turtles with plenty of people fishing.Great place to host and event with plenty of different accommodation options. I have chronic congenital birth defects so that bunk beds were very tricky for me. We did double up, and I was still in immense pain. If you do have spine issues, I would bring a blow-up mattress to help. The rooms inside looked super nice, and the camping options were quite a bit.The main hall held lots of people, and the seating meant it was good. The seats are attached, so the spacing was good. This looks like an Amazing camp for kids and I would love to bring the grandkids here if we can afford to return from the Mainland

I camped here for 4 nights, this camp has beautiful views and access to the beach. Gate has a code, so it is very safe to stay here. No privacy and no hot water in the outdoor showers, clean bathroom. Staff is very friendly. I recommend this place.

We camped here for 10 days and had a good time. The staff were friendly and helpful, they even let us sleep indoors when the wind got too strong to safely stay in the tent.BUT considering the price of 30$ per night, the facilities need some urgent overhauling. I added some pics to illustrate. There's at least one broken thing in each and every one of the outdoor showers. Also, upon reserving they force you to give them the credit card info on the phone and then write it down, which is a security risk. I would have hoped for an online payment system, after all it’s 2023, not 1983.

We have our family reunion there in December 2012 till January 2013. It is by far the best you can have out of the 3 campsite that I review. The beach is quiet and the ocean view is magnificent. Great grand kids have fun playing with the sand. The lodge is big enough for 20-30 people gathering. Libby the chef took good care of our meals. We shall come back another time

We tented here for 2 nights and wished we could stay longer. It's the best tenting experience we have had on the island. The place is quiet and showers is cold water and have doors. There is a sink for every site which is convenient. bathroom is a yurt and is clean and modern. There is a gate with a code so make sure you get the code prior to checking in. I find email communication more effective than phone calls...also be prepared the whole reservation process could take a few days since there's no automatic booking system.

My family and I stayed there after my husband and I got married. The dorms, small apartment and camping facilities are great. We loved snorkeling and watching the turtles. Just down the beach is where the show Lost was filmed.

Was there to honor my father in law David Kennedy for life time of work he has done at the camp. They had a special diner for him as well as an auction to raise funds for the camp. The staff was terrific!! Beautiful evening!!! If you go ,look for the tree and plaque they laid honoring Mr. Kennedy,as it will be there growing for very long time to come. My boyfriend was a counselor there when he was young and he said that there have been many improvements to the campus over the years, as they are always improving and updating amenaties.

I spent a night tent camping and had a great experience. There is a gate you have to get code access for, so I felt safe staying here. I basically had the place to myself. Large camp site, with my own sink. There's a yurt bathroom with flushing toilets, very clean. And I was right off the beach, had it to myself. I'd come again ??⬛??
