The lady with the disgusting cigarette hanging from her mouth was incredibly rude to me when I showed up a few mins before opening. She cut me off several times when I tried to ask her a question & told me she didn’t care about my question and to leave. It’s one thing to be firm, but another to be completely rude & disrespectful. I can’t believe she’s the face of the company. Disgusting.I went to Oil Changers down the way & was tested with so much respect & stellar service. Don’t spend money on businesses who don’t value customer experience.

Usually the best place to get a safety inspection, however it’s very difficult to know when they’ll actually be doing them. I showed up at 7:55 am to get one knowing they open at 8, but the lady actually made me leave because they weren’t open yet. She wouldn’t let me wait 5 minutes. I could have driven around the block a few times, but knowing Wahiawā I may have ended up 4 or 5 cars back of whoever just happened to pull up exactly at 8. Customer service could use some work.

Went to Midas for a safety inspection wait time was like 5 hours. Came here they had me in & out in 5 minutes!! They are professional and experienced! They were nice and quick! I recommend them!!

Walked in for safety inspection! They accept walking from 8-12. Very friendly and accommodating service. Was out in 5 minutes, and even gave me advice on how to quickly renew tags at the DMV. Only downside is you have to call a couple times, they tend to hang up before you can say anything.
