“I love the staff there. I’m a frequent flyer since I do rescue work and they have be nothing short of helpful and friendly. They answer questions thoroughly and address any and all concerns. They express compassion and kindness at every visit, including the at the Petco low-cost vaccine clinics!”
“My pup was having a hard time getting out of the car, and the staff were so awesome, brought him a towel and water to the car, then they helped me to carry his 85 lb self out of my SUV so he could get to his appointment. They also always treat us like family, theyʻre very responsive via text (which is so helpful for me), and they always have his food or medication that he needs whenever I need it. This is the easiest vet experience Iʻve ever had, and Iʻm super grateful for everyone at Waipiʻo Pet Clinic! Thank you all so much for all of your love and care for my Koa baby! :)”
“Leeward Pet Clinic is absolutely amazing!! The staff is so caring and sweet, and Dr Gulliver is so knowledgeable. He is like a mad scientist but in the best way. He will explain everything that he is thinking and give you options that are both in the best interest of the pet and your pocketbook. Most labs and procedures can be done directly in clinic without waiting for results which in turn leads to less repetitive visits and $$$. I hope this place is around for many many years to come. Don't ever retire OK Doc :)”
“Ive had bad experiences and the vet before, so when i say this hospital was incredible, i mean it. Every member of the staff especially the doctors were so caring and went above and beyond to make sure me and my cat were satisfied. Dr. Yap was the one taking care of my cat, and she was wonderful!! me and my cat left happier than ever and i can tell she already feels much better than she does going to other vet hospitals. i would 100% recommend going here for any pet needs, less money for better service”

I recently had a couple urgent (not emergent) issues and they were able to squeeze me in the day of. Then, after learning I lost my older cat they were so so kind and compassionate. A really beautiful group of humans.
Thank you. ❤️”

Our beloved Iniki was ready to cross the rainbow bridge and our regular vet did not have time to fit us in. I searched and was lucky enough to find Mililani Town Center Pet Clinic and the incredible Dr. Jordan. We made an appointment and even though they did not know us or Iniki, they were so kind, so thoughtful, so understanding and so professional that our Iniki's last moments were precious. Dr. Jordan and his assistant Charlie truly love animals and it is obvious in the care they show. The front desk staff were so sweet as well, especially Angelica. When I returned to retrieve Iniki's ashes a couple days later, they had washed and rolled up the beach towel we used to bring him in.Today a sympathy card arrived in the mail hand written by Dr. Jordan and it was priceless and so heartfelt. We have moved our other dog Kona's records over to MTCPC and we will never be looking for another vet!Aloha and mahalo nui loa to Dr. Jordan and his wonderful staff!”
“Although at times it's hard to get an appointment for unexpected reasons, the staff is super positive and supportive! I love the use of texts for reminders and follow ups.”
“VCA Waipahu is the best veterinarian clinic in Oahu. They have the BEST people that work here. Dr. Hester is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, ethical, and genuinely cares for your fur babies. Office manager Raina, the front desk staff, and clinical assistants are all very caring and work hard to accommodate your needs. Coming to this clinic is well worth it for me. They take excellent care of my three kiTs. Thank you for being in the area and for the wonderful services you provide for my family and the community.”

My puppy was dealing with a lot of issues we were unsure & scared about him losing weight, no energy, etc. Dr. Jordan did a full check up, gave him an IV, and sent us home with medicine. My pup is back to normal! His assistant was also very kind and you can tell they love animals there.”

95-1095 ʻĀinamakua Dr #5, Mililani“Our visit to Mililani Mauka Veterinary Hospital was a scary one. Our baby of 14 years fell seriously ill the night before. When my husband called, they told us to bring Malia in right away. When we arrived, they took Malia directly to the back to give her a full checkup. Turned out that our babies condition was more serious than expected. We had to come to the decision to put our baby girl to sleep. The doctor was so compassionate and supportive. She walked us through everything that would take place. I couldn't believe that this was happening. Hubby was strong enough for both of us. He held Malia and talked with her until she took her last breath. We just cried together. Even though this was an emotional moment, the staff provided us with exceptional service. Amazing experience showing love and kindness to us when we needed it most. Mahalo!”
“I've been taking my dogs there for the past 8 yrs and loved both Dr Francis and Dr Darren, father and son duo. Dr Francis is ol school and talks to the owner directly, especially during this covid craziness. Dr. Darren will call you and let you know the updates. They are still not allowing owner and their pets in the office and you will have to call the office and they'll come out to get your pet. Their cost still remain affordable when paying cash. I enjoy the supporting staff too.”

Dr. Mudeliar provided top notch care for us. She listened to our concerns, provided us with options, and even followed up after our visit multiple times. We were nervous about how to treat Lilli and she was very patient and understanding as we weighed our options and considered the very expensive costs we needed to undertake. The ER department, including the receptionists and medical assistants, were compassionate and caring during our experience!”

It's still surreal that one day you've got a healthy active furbaby and within a week you're doing research on places that can Euthanize her with you in the room and you want her to be cremated and be able to have her ashes given back to you. Our Khloe Girl succumbed to Lymphona within 2 weeks of diagnosis. Although she has another regular vet, I wanted to make sure that if we knew it was time to Euthanize her after hours there would be a place that we can take her. I called this VCA since it was 24/7 and asked them about the process, prices etc....the front desk was patient, helpful and compassionate. I was able to "pre register" over the phone so that if I did need to bring her in at night they would have all the information. We spoiled her rotten and 2 weeks later that fateful night came and we knew it was time. They were professional and in only a few minutes they lead us into a room. They allowed us to say our final goodbyes and when we were ready there's a call button and the Dr came in to administer the 2 shots needed. Although it was devastating for us, Khloe left us peacefully with both of us there holding her and she gave us our final kisses on our face. We were called in a few days and picked up her ashes that were in an urn, a paw print and certificate of cremation. The total bill was a little steep (approx $650) since it was after hours and we choose to have only her ashes (as opposed to a mixture of remains if they cremate multiple animals this is done at another facility/company) but I knew of the cost prior and in retrospect it was 100% worth it to provide her last moments as stress-free as possible and with her family with her. The staff was helpful and caring and the Dr that performed it was professional. I really respect the staff as they must see devastated animal owners owners that need to go through this daily, I really am grateful for their compassion. Khloe Girl we love you! I know you're chasing all the sand crabs you want up on heaven;)”

“Staff were super helpful, clean inside, do t try to up sell and the doctors listened and adjusted there course of action which is refreshing. Our cat has a very rare type of infection and this is the 6th vet (pcsing) we've been too. Easily the top 1 vet office and vet. Thank you guys for being real people and professional.”
