“The tow driver and owner of the company was very polite and knew his job well! He was able to tow me from downtown Honolulu to Kapolei. I very much appreciated since every other tow company I called wasn't able to service me at my time of need. The truck Hawaii Towing uses has a flat bed in the back, which helped me feel more calm knowing how secure my car was during the towing. The best part about the experience is that Hawaii Towing is friendly and will give periodic messages to keep their customers updated on how far they are from their destination. 10/10 would call every time I or one of my friends need a tow!Service: Car towing”

“My Jeep broke down and needed to be shipped to the mainland the next day. The owner was available on such short notice. He towed my vehicle from Mililani to the shipping company’s warehouse in town. He waited while they inspected my Jeep on the flatbed then he towed it to from the warehouse to Pier 1. Amazing customer service and would recommend him 100%”
“My Prius needed to be towed from Mililani to the Servco Service in Waipahu. Tow truck arrived within 10-15 minutes of our call. The technician first tried to jump start the battery, which did not work. Within a few minutes he hooked up the car to the tow truck and zipped down the road to Servco. Both the tech and dispatcher were knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. Excellent and smooth service. Mahalo!”

“Harvey is an angel! We had an electric vehicle that ran out of charge at Sharks Cove electric charge point because it was out of service. I called Harvey because it was the first option on Apple Maps, and I’m so glad I did. Harvey came to assist us extremely fast and promptly. He was extremely courteous, professional, and kind. Plus I enjoyed chatting with him on the way over to the Turtle Bay charge point. The price was extremely fair; we had called other companies before him and his price was the best. “After many trials and even my husband riding the bus to get our other car, we gave up. Called all 24hrs, near me towing companies and the only one answering the phone and willing to come and dig us of the sand hole was RJ's.Because of the distance we needed to wait for the employee ( I am so sorry for not asking for names but I was cold and rain didn't stopped) to check with the manager if they will be able to come. Luckily they approved and gave us a 1 to 2 hrs time line and 200 to 400 cost. Doesn't not matter we really where 4 wheels deep in sand.Luckily didn't took 2 hrs and from 23.31 pm that I made the first call to 00.47 that he and his partner arrived to Punaluu we where free by 01.20 and inside the estimated price, they made sure we where not going to get stuck again and left.Thank you so much for answering your phones and being honest in estimated, time frames, and advertising the correct working times! Specially in a friday night before the 4th of July.Gracias totales!!!”

“Thank you Darin and Jarin! When you are in a situation you never want to be in, rest easy that they make this part of it easy. We needed a family member's car junk towed asap. Darin was helpful and nice via phone. Jarin his son, came for the actual tow. He answered any questions and helped with making sure our paperwork was in order. Incident happened Wednesday, called Thursday. Had an opening for Saturday morning. Worked out perfectly, we could make sure we had paperwork ready. No one wants to deal with unforeseen situations, but Darin and Jarin gave peace of mind that we can get this taken care of immediately. “Personally I had a good experience here. Our Kia was stolen and recovered in Kalihi undrivable at the time so it was towed here. The prices are what they are. If you're nice they will be.
