Make sure to get the delicious and exquisite Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal. The cashiers are super nice to every singe costumer. The ambience is very joyful filled with various and delicious smells from the fresh fruits and vegetables.

Being a military family we are fortunate and it's been a privilege being able to shop here for groceries and the supplies that we need. Being from Hawaii and the cost of living so high this store saves us a lot of money on food. That being said this is the location we shop at most having it be close to home. First I love the fact that it's never super busy. Parking can always be found nearby and the lines are never long at least during the times we've went. The food selection is pretty good and it seems a bit smaller than some of the others on the island but definitely has everything that we need to check off of our list. It's clean and for the most part staff here are fast and friendly willing to help out with something should you be looking for a particular item. Really great commissary overall. Small side note: I did order a huge birthday cake at the bakery for my daughters first birthday this year and had issues with the order being lost and rude staff with bad communication there so Please TRIPLE CHECK YOUR CAKE ORDERS!

The worst commissary ever. Their shelves are empty most of the time. They are blaming the distribution system. But that is is only a small part of the problem. The shipping problem is not from the west coast to Hawaii. The problem is the entire commissary system. Their inventory system is terrible. Also, running a business means you should find a different distribution system to service the military customers.

I guess it could be blamed on shipping backups at the ports but the few times I've been here they've been out of things that everyday households need. I don't eat a lot of dairy but my family does and there was no cheese at all. An entire section gone (and I mean all of it) I've also purchased things like rolling oats and they have bugs in them. This is nuts.

There's never any food here, and when there is, there's either bugs in it, or the food is already opened and stale. Also the produce section is horrible. There's never anything fresh!!! I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Zero stars for the Schofield Commissary today, 10/24/21. Over a dozen registers, but only five were open. I counted over 52 people still waiting in line for the check out registers. Our milk got warm, our ice cream melted, and yet I could see nothing was being done to alleviate the backlog. I should have known better when we walked through the doors at approx. 11 a.m. and saw a backlog of about 30 people still waiting to check out. But we figured the line would clear while we spent the next hour and a half shopping......well, that didn't happen either. The customers were obviously frustrated with the long wait times, the cashiers were frustrated with the disgruntled customers, and the baggers were going as fast as they could. Who's managing this mess anyway? WORST COMMISSARY EVER!

This is tough.... We have lived many different places around the world. This place has a pretty good selection of food but the customer service is lacking. The manager seems to be attentive but depending on the cashier or bagger your trip can be thrown off. Deli tries their best and does a great job, sushi on point, produce is rough, and all else is well. This place is packed at all times, no one will be helpful, produce is sub par, meats are cheap, deli bakery is good, and know what you are getting into. Expect to spend time here with service members that have other things to do and employees that want to be elsewhere. Aloha!

Terrible management, unclean shelves, bugs in fresh made bread bags, and always out of several foods.

Still plenty of room for improvement here....I don't know who the produce manager is, but the freshness of many items is definitely lacking. I don't how much food we've had to toss out in recent weeks because it simply doesn't last, and I can't blame our refrigerator because it's brand new and properly programmed. While the quality and selection of fish is usually decent, there have been several times where the "sell by" date and "cook by" date simply can't be right. Twice now we've opened a package of supposedly fresh fish only to be met with the stench of old fillets that are past their prime. We do continue to shop here but only for select items, reduced prices, and location. In recent months I've noticed a sharp increase in prices on key items like butter, cheese, meat, fish, etc., but can only assume those have been caused by this COVID-19 nonsense.

The lay out of the store seems way to cramped and small to be honest. You unfortunately often have to look through items to make sure they are not expired (cause a lot of the food at the location is for whatever reason). And be careful with bread/pasta/pet food type items. There has been many times I find bugs in my food especially pet food. Shoppers beware.

You already know food here is cheaper than most places, but you can get some better deals at Walmart. Lastly don't use self checkout or at least the machine to the right. It never reads my card and those machines are a pain to deal with because of the weight of items.

I Love going to the commissary here on Schofield and not just because it's closer to Mililani. The store is clean and organized!

***Pre/During COVID-19 Visit*** Loved this commissary! You probably don't want to go on a weekend because it gets packed!!! The parking lot is full. However, I really liked their fresh produce, meat selections and deli. I would pick this over Hickam and Pearl Harbor because it's less people. Go on a weekday like I did to get your shopping done and you'll be good to go. Aloha!!!

I really like sushi that are being sold in the Commissary. I really like fresh food. I also like it because the bananas cost less then in the other places.

Absolutely disappointed in the commissary's policy today. Great they allow 60 yr old and over to shop the first hour, but to deny entry to that elder's helper makes no sense. The manager called it "doing the right thing." I feel there needs to be an immediate reevaluation on how to take care of our elders.
