Super service. My car didn't start on 12/08, Sunday morning. I was in the parking lot by CVS. I walked into O'Reilly's and asked for help. The young man (sorry, didn't get his name), without hesitating, walked back to my car with me and jump started it. His knowledgeable and friendly demeanor helped to ease my stress. Mahalo nui!

I've always had a high opinion of this store, so much so that I routinely brought them snacks, etc., in the past. Today I had a much different experience. I politely approached the manager to ask a simple question and she said in a very abrasive manner "stand in line, someone will be right with you." All I wanted to do was ask a simple question. It goes to show that people will dismiss you if they don't know who you are or what you've done for people. Many of her employees know exactly who I am and have shown a great deal of respect, which is mutually reciprocated. The moral of the story is treat everybody like they're somebody.

I was greeted as I walked in and was helped immediately. I had options to choose from, I had no idea. Erickson took the time to walk to my car and figure out what type of battery I needed and installed it. It took all of 20 minutes in total.

I needed a set of wind shield wiper blades to pass my safety inspection. I searched the internet for auto parts in Wahiawa and came across the O'Reilly website. It enabled me to order the blades through the web site to be picked up from the store. I have difficulty walking and this was perfect to have my wife walk in and get them. I watched a tutorial on YouTube on how to install, it it was an O'Reilly video. I was unsuccessful installing the wipers and the video mentioned that they would send someone outside their store to install them. I called and two minutes later a gentleman came out and installed them quickly and with a smile. Thank you for making the experience easy, painless and efficient. I never bought parts from O'Reilly before, but they are the only ones for me from now one.

I'm used to a certain level of service at my home town location. That kind of set my expectations. Happy to report that this location was way beyond that. When I order things online for pickup it typically takes a long time to show as ready. Here - *boom* 20 minutes later good to go. Ready to work on my friend's car. This is how everything should work.

Our car needed new spark plugs and an oil change. As new unexperienced car repairers my friends and I were feeling anxious and unsure. When we arrived to O'Reilly's we were overwhelmed with the support and help we received from Dason. Dason showed us top tier customer service and guided us through the whole process.
