“I go in there to pay my bill all the time. EVERYTIME I go in there kelcee tells me its time to upgrade my phone (im stubborn and dont listen) also tells me if we doing auto pay today. always consistent when i see her always tryna get me to do something in there. Today she said to leave a review for the store on google. friendly lady and makes me feel like we family the way she talks to me. conversation isnt forced and it just flows. great asset to the wahiawa store”
“Gentleman that helped me out this morning, was helpful and knowledgeable, fixed my down lcd screen for a great price and added a screen protector , had a couple of smokes outside, and he came out to hand me my phone, and I told him that was super fast, was just unreal, he said main thing no one bothers him, great and excellent friendly service, 2 thumbs up, thank you Sir”

“Jose is super accommodating! He's the type of guy who makes customers feel comfortable asking him anything 'cause he's non-judgmental, for real. The reason for my visit on Feb 28:
Feb 27 I received a text informing me my phone plan didn’t renew on time. I thought I had been on auto pay for months.
I explained to Maria Ailyn my situation. Also, a few hours before my visit I discovered my phone had been turned off. I then showed her all the text messages re the previous months confirming payment was successful.
Please know that whatever date I attempted to set up “Auto Pay” I sincerely I believed I had done correctly.
It’s obviously an error on my part which caused this misunderstanding — I apologize.
Re Maria Ailyn never implied any fault.
Her interaction with me I felt was beyond impressive. She obviously realized my limited knowledge re cell phones.
This should tell you everything about how I felt about my visit:
I told her Thank you so much for all her help, I appreciated her making me feel so comfortable. Before I walked out I told her — You’re AWESOME!!!
I’m planning to buy a new phone from Maria probably tomorrow, we did discuss a certain promo phone. I planned to return earlier — caught the Flu.
No sweat if the promotion has ended, I’m not buying it the price…

“The service here was really outstanding and AMAZING! I got me a new iPhone 15 pro max and it’s working WONDERS! The budget I had is $300 cause that’s all I could afford and my helper Rey did a great job in making my budget worth it while still having a great experience! He’s well informative and well-versed in his line of work! The other guy that was also there is also amazing in do sorry I didn’t catch his name! “Best Customer Service for Sweet Kanoe. Came down to your location(Pearl Kai)this past sunday to get help with my phone problem & she was excellent & very patient with me cause girrrllll it's the 3rd phone I bought in 1 month, all 3 had the same problem? so you can kinda see the heat I was bringing. Anyways, although I still had to buy a whole new phone, she was super helpful. Walked me through the steps & i appreciate it. She needs a promotion immediately? BTW, yal need to fix yal insurance..cause how do yal expect people to pay for insurance & yet when it's needed, we have to wait 3-5 business day for the claim?? How do yal expect people to go 3-5 days without a phone? Seriously!! Ridiculous really!! Anyways, Thank-you kanoe...Exceptional Customer Service.

“We have gone to this location a few times to upgrade older phones . I am not that akamai on phone tech. The times i went the staff was kind, patient amd helpful. The latest visit was to add a new ipad to an existing line so it was a real easy transaction. Its important for people to hear when they do well and not just negative.”
“The Staff is a bit quiet and friendly. I had a terrible time unlocking my cell phone physically. Even remotely the staff did everything to help me. Do not use the Samsung A series to port your number over from TM to boost. Better to buy or finance a cell phone from boost. Which I am doing because I have no other choice. The plans are the best for cell service TM doesn't have enough Towers in the Southside of EWB.”
“My wife and I were looking for a good deal on prepaid deals while on vacation in Hawaii. KELILA gave us great options to choose from and even waived off our activation fee.

“Staffs were friendly, courteous and well informed. Went there to purchase new updated cellular for granddaughter because her old phone was not working serviceable (technical problems). Wanted to upgrade my cellular but not completely sold to the idea and products expensive. Wanted a new battery for my phone but was informed they do not carry sell batteries. Sad to hear that!”

“I had many problems with Spectrum, before, but when I came a couple weeks ago, kristoffer saramad an unreal worker at Milani helped me with my account that nobody would help me for years He was patient and super helpful for me to save money on my account that nobody else said was possible, including manager she is terrible. He should be the manager. You need more workers like him that cares about other people and try to help. I was considering going to another carrier until he help me Like I said, he should be the manager you need more people like him and your star rating will go up. It starts at one person and I’ll catch two other people.”
“Ryan provided exceptional & stellar customer service to me today. He helped me understand my portfolio of phone, cable, Wi-Fi, & mobile accounts & options. Ryan gave me piece of mind re: the integrity of my systems plus options for getting Wi-Fi pods & switching out my Wi-Fi equipment via customer care… plus ensuring i can get my cable tv viewing back re: the xumo box residential agreement. I had not watched tv in 2 weeks.as I did not accept the agreement on the screen. He deserves a pay raise & is a great asset to your team. Do not let him go.”
