“Best Customer Service for Sweet Kanoe. Came down to your location(Pearl Kai)this past sunday to get help with my phone problem & she was excellent & very patient with me cause girrrllll it's the 3rd phone I bought in 1 month, all 3 had the same problem? so you can kinda see the heat I was bringing. Anyways, although I still had to buy a whole new phone, she was super helpful. Walked me through the steps & i appreciate it. She needs a promotion immediately? BTW, yal need to fix yal insurance..cause how do yal expect people to pay for insurance & yet when it's needed, we have to wait 3-5 business day for the claim?? How do yal expect people to go 3-5 days without a phone? Seriously!! Ridiculous really!! Anyways, Thank-you kanoe...Exceptional Customer Service.

“We’ve had cricket for a long time, but we just went in to upgrade our phones, I got the only 12 Pro Max they had, and then my husband got got the XR…a couple days in my husband wanted the 12 Pro Max also but they did not have anymore, a few days go by and they got one on, and Cheri called us to let us know that another came in because she knew we wanted it. Go see Cheri, she even helped us choose a new phone for my SIL, and got us going with the mobile hot spot. Always friendly, and always helpful.”
“Elyssa was and is great . She got me discounts reorganized my bill without me asking to give me a discount monthly of $65 dollars a month which will be almost $800 a year I'm so grateful . She also gave me more data and free apple care and discount on my Hulu account or Disney bundle. Graciously reorganize my bill multiple times and calculate 3 different options to give me great service. I like to get the most for what I'm paying and it could seem that I'm difficult but she never change her demeanor or expression. “For four days I labored on the phone with tmobile tech support and Sunny and Melvyn at the Pearl City Tmobile store. Tech support did everything possible to restore my internet connection to my Hisense tv. The effort and patience put forth by both Sunny and Melvyn was off the chart. Patient, courteous and truly focused on fixing my issue. Very impressive! In the end I junked the TV and got a Samsung. I'm thoroughly convinced that you cannot do any better than using Tmobile Pearl City as your cell phone provider. Thanks very much!”
“Staffs were friendly, courteous and well informed. Went there to purchase new updated cellular for granddaughter because her old phone was not working serviceable (technical problems). Wanted to upgrade my cellular but not completely sold to the idea and products expensive. Wanted a new battery for my phone but was informed they do not carry sell batteries. Sad to hear that!”

“8/12/2023: Covid procedures are no longer in effect. My mom and I visited this Walmart to buy cat food. We also bought bananas and two small plants. 2021: Seems they are now actively putting workers at the front to ensure mask usuage. I only went in to buy cookies. Store was not crowded and multiple cashiers were on duty. Pretty much in and out.”
“I scheduled an appointment for finger printing here online through Field Print. It's located in Waipahu beside Elena's. Parking can be challenging since the place is so busy with all the restaurants here. Appointment was pretty efficient. Walked in for my booked appointment. Checked in with staff. Showed the required ID and got finger prints done. Took less than 10 minutes. If you need finger printing done, this place is convenient for the west siders.”

“My dvr was not working and I called customer service. They determined that I would need to exchange my device with a new one. They informed the Spectrum store that I would be coming to exchange my old device with a new one. The process was fairly quick and easy. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was very helpful and professional.”
