The sales associate is misleading and doesn’t know her product. Do NOT sign up for the membership. She did not disclose that there is a minimum purchase amount to be able to use the discounts. She lied about how many points are on the account. When asked about a pump that doesn’t have caffeine, she recommended 3 brands that had caffeine instead of checking and trying to help. We will not be coming back here, or any other gnc. Seems like all they care about is commission. At this point, I don’t even care about the coupons or memberships, I prefer to spend my money in the business that cares about their customers.

I walked in last Thursday afternoon, in search of a meal replacement supplement since I'm in a calorie deficit. Right away, Rylie approached me and helped me tremendously. I let her know my goals and I'm brand new to all of this (never really been in a GNC before). She showed me a few options, giving me so much information about the product and how it can help me in different ways. I made a choice with the Lean shakes in the back. I felt this product was going to be great for me. Rylie rang me up and was letting me know about the member programs they have, and the many perks that come with it. I signed up for the free membership where you get points (eventually getting cash back towards another purchase). Ok, awesome.. I got home super excited to try it out the next morning. I got the smores flavor open.. and really was not used to the consistency or how it made me feel after drinking it. Don't get me wrong, I feel like someone who is used to a meal replacement shake would love the flavor and find that it is the perfect product. Unfortunately for me, I just realized I would dread having that "fake full" feeling again. I had my husband go in today to return the products with the receipt, and got a full refund back. The gentleman who helped him was extremely nice and helpful in returning the products. I really appreciated the staff here, and hopefully will be back in the future when I'm a little further into my weight loss journey with a better idea of what could work right for me. :)

Go to GNC in Mililani. This store is extremely overpriced and can't do online pickup here so they can get away with the upcharge

I used to work at a GNC. It was a nice store. Clean, well organized, well managed, well staffed. The complete opposite of the GNC on Schofield Barracks. I walked into the GNC on Schofield and was amazed at how poorly this GNC was operated. I wasn't greeted or helped during my shopping experience. The store was real claustrophobic. Merchandise and junk everywhere. Items in the wrong spot. Empty spots on the shelves. I found a product, and went to ask the girl some questions @ the counter. No help! She had no knowledge of the product. Her main concern was "my phone number". I don't provide Vitamin Stores with my contact information. She told me my phone number was required to make a purchase. The transaction was canceled. I left. The GNC missed out on my purchase. I can buy elsewhere, without the hassle...

It's your typical chain GNC at a military post, they have the usual supplements and average employees. I have never had a negative experience here, however I have never had an awesome experience here. It's just okay. Employees don't really know much about products or they don't really care, it's hard to tell. If they aren't distracted by their phones, they're flirting with service-members or you have better luck just googling the product information yourself. I would say the one redeeming quality about this location would be the selection of Bang energy drinks which is what keeps myself and most people I know coming here. Otherwise you're better off heading to Muscle Inc in Mililani.

The guys there are super helpful. I went in already knowing a little about what I wanted but wasnt 100% sure about certain products. They spent a lot of time helping me find exactly what I needed. I ended up having an allergic reaction to one of the products and they helped me find something that shouldnt cause another reaction. Returns and exchanges are really easy as well. They were also super sweet to my super talkative toddlers and they helped keep them busy so I could look over other products.

I LOVE this GNC. They have loads of products, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My big win about this location is they always have the products I usually buy. We often come here on the weekends because they carry items that are usually sold out at the other locations. GNC carries vitamins, a variety of health supplements and diet friendly/vegan friendly/ low carb friendly/ low fat friendly/ muscle loving friendly products. I usually come by and stock up on my snacks. Things to know: It is a smaller GNC store compared to others, so it is jampacked full of stuff. They have all your GNC needs just like any other location. No you do not need a military ID to purchase at This GNC. If you frequent this place, you better be an awards member to accumulate points for discounts and free stuff. Overall, it's the place to go for your health and supplement needs!

I think they should actually hire people who know what they are talking from lots of experience about instead of a chick who talks for over 10 minutes to a guy instead of trying to help customers, the last time I went in there was a guy who actually helped me figure out exactly what I needed with my health issues and my diet. Now that I had my daughter my body has a reaction to most things so I'm trying to figure out again what would be helpful for me as an individual and not what she recommended that she takes. I will end up going to the one in pearl city instead, it has more to offer and I've had good experiences there before and during my entire pregnancy.

Spent 60 dollars on protein returned it and never received my money I called the store they told me to wait 3 days after 3 days the manage said 17 weeks! It's been 6 months... Still no money so thank you for stealing from me.

I was charged twice for a product and when I brought in proof the store manager Seung was less than willing to help me correct the situation. I went in 3 separate times with proof and he told the employee if he gave me my money back that he would get fired. The employee even spoke to my credit card company who stated that the charges were indeed presented and approved. BEYOND UPSET!!!
