“'ve been shopping at Bali Moon since moving to the North Shore 5 years ago. Since then, almost all of my furniture, indoor and outdoor, comes from Bali Moon. I enjoy wandering around the warehouse in Waialua. There are times when I'll ask Claudio for something obscure that he doesn't have at the moment and he'll always say, "I can get that for you on the next shipment" or "we can make that." Claudio has a very sophisticated style and distinct sense of "East meets West" design. All of his furniture is well built and able to handle the extreme weather of the North Shore. He also custom designed a traditional Balinese cabinet for me to fit a TV and brought life back to some old chairs by reupholstering the cushions. They look fantastic! A friend visiting from Canada loved the seashell lamps I have and went to Bali Moon to get some lamps of her own. She then discovered all of the beautiful clothing Bali Moon has to offer. For the remainder of her holiday, she wore only those Bali Moon purchases. If you are looking for some very unique treasures, look no further than Bali Moon.”

“I cannot thank Rent-A Center enough for coming to my rescue! After being away from home for a few days, I come home to a refrigerator that wouldn't stop beeping and displaying a power outage error code. I spent a LONG time trying to troubleshoot the problem myself as it was already later in the evening and too late to call any professionals. Nothing worked! I was very concerned because my fridge and freezer weren't as cold as they should be. The next morning, I chatted online with a Whirlpool representative who was of no help. The representative just asked me if I did all the things that I had tried the night before. Basically, they said there was nothing they could do for me and I would need to contact someone locally. I remember my parents having their fridge break in the past, so I asked them what they did while waiting for a new fridge. They said they rented a fridge. I didn't even know that was a thing! They recommended me to Rent-A-Center. I called them as soon as they opened. Initially, they said they could put me on standby the next day and if that didn't work out, then they could put me on the list for the following week. I couldn't wait that long! I guess the employee could hear the desperation in my voice and went to speak to their manager. Somehow they were able to squeeze me into their already busy schedule for the day. After looking through their inventory, the employee was able to find me a 14 cubic feet fridge. You agree to a month long rental, which came out to $108.28 plus taxes and because I would need drop off/pick up it was another $150. She took all my contact information, including my social security number which I thought was odd, but she said it was to see if I qualify. The paperwork was emailed to me so I could DocuSign it. She also mentioned that I would need to call one week prior to the expiration of the month's rental to confirm pick up or ask for an extension. Then I was all set! By about 4:30 that afternoon, the refrigerator rental was dropped off to my unit! Just needed to plug it in for about two hours and I was able to transfer (and save!) most of what was in my fridge/freezer. Bless your hearts Rent-A-Center Waipahu! Thank you for your amazing customer service. They really put customers first. You saved the day!”
