Went here for last minute shirt prints, he was ready and willing to assist us. Very military-friendly, offered us a great discount, communicated efficiency during the process and ensured we were satisfied with each individual shirt at pick up.

If I could give a negative star review I would. I am a realtor and need prints weekly. I usually use Honolulu Print in Hawaii Kai but I found this guy who is much closer to me and thought I would give him a try. My assistant forwarded him the PDF’s we usually sent to our other print companies (also small home office companies that we pick prints up from their home office). He emailed back he needed to speak with me. When I called a couple days later he said that because the images “bleed” at the edges he needed a version with crop marks. I said ok, I’m not sure how to do that with these particular flyers because we usually just send this PDF that’s generated through an online system, not a design person. He said he refused to do without them and that I should just use my other guy. I continued to try and state that I don’t have a preference of who we use and asked if he would be willing to print what we have for now until I found a solution. Without letting me finish a complete sentence the entire conversation he just cut me off and talked over me and said he’s not interested and that I should just use my other guy. I was so confused by the end. I love working with small companies and was excited it was someone close by, but then you run into people like this with horrible customer service and ediquate.

Does not have someone to assist during normal business hours when going out on deliveries. Would have to have waited one and a half hours for service. He was also very rude on the phone like it was my fault that I didn’t call to see if he was there or not. He wasn’t concerned that I really needed 250 copies and rudely suggested that I go to the copy machine at Long’s. Wow.
